The hot water dispenser I bought stopped working after a month. I contacted customer service, and they replied quickly and replaced it with a new one for me within one week.

Got my Caso water boiler and would never go back to a kettle well 😁

Such a shame that you used Yodel for delivery. Still have not received it and unlikely that I ever will. You advertise DPD delivery which is why I ordered from you. Had I known you would deliver via Yodel I would never have purchased from you.

Excellent price for a quality item. I preferred shopping direct as they had free delivery for my item and also use DPD. (I won’t use other companies who use EVRI).
Item arrived safely. Looks good, easy to set up. Videos readily available online so could do good research before purchase. I decided on the Caso water dispenser in comparison to other brands as it has variable dispenser unlike some which only dispense 250ml at a time. Some others you also had to manually switch on and off whereas this brand you just press the button and it does it’s work, and has a childproof lock. It is also easy to fill either at the tap by removing whole container which lifts off easily, or you can fill by jug as the complete large sized lid removes completely. Other brands I looked at I found only had a small lid which opened but the opening was very small so more difficult to fill for anybody older who has limited mobility and poor eyesight. So the caso brand for me ticked all the boxes and is easy to use for my elderly aunt who now struggles to lift the kettle when filled. Really happy with purchase.
Good communication from point of ordering to delivery, and customer service also helpful with my queries.

Found machine in their sale and decided to purchase. Really good and fast service. I had a cheaper model with no control over volume so many overflow accidents. Also, water (despite company claims) was never quite hot enough. Its such a pleasure to finally get a really good cup of tea and to be able to walk away while it's "making".

I ordered a Christmas present on 8th December on a 3-5 working day delivery. Over 10 days later no delivery, no tracking number, no answer on the phone despite waiting for up to 30mins at a time and one response to an email saying it will be put on a priority delivery but no information about when that might be and no reply to emails when asked.
I am now trying to cancel the delivery and buy from another company in time for Christmas - but I can’t get hold of CASO design to do this.
I’m am appalled by this level of customer service and will never buy from them again.

Purchased item and still not received item. Emails go unanswered. Calling is a nightmare. Held in queues and NEVER answered. Allowed phone to continue holding for 2 hours nothing. All I ask for is communication and candour. Dread to think about any warranty being upheld with my current experience of customer service.

I have purchased caso hw1660 4l for my sister. All the purchase process were simple and direct. Delivered within 5 days. She is happy. Product is good. I am a user already so I wanted to gift it to my sister.

Great product does what it says on the tin!

I purchased the hot water HW660 turbo dispenser. It’s a very sleek design and am now using instead of my kettle. I really like it. It’s easy to fill and to set up.
The only downside- and this is my preference but even though using it at the highest temperature I find it’s not at boiling point. I tend to warm my cup up first therefore using more water. It’s not an issue but my personal choice.
The one thing though is if making multiple drinks I feel the lock mechanism cuts in too early. On the whole a decent gadget. Yet to see if it saves me any money.

Arrived quickly. Might be worth mentioning that the large ice cubes are about 3cm long and hollow so may melt quickly in a drink. Only tried making a few cubes to test the machine and not put them in a drink yet so may be wrong about melting.

I bought this product over a year ago and have been really pleased with it - I had a problem and contacted the customer services person, who dealt with it very quickly, sending me a new dispenser a few days later. I would recommend this water dispenser and this company without hesitation

This review I am writing in relation to Caso Customer service and trying to get my water machine that’s pretty much has gone faulty sorted out under the 2 year warranty.
Iv had my machine since January and love it being disabled it’s perfect. But recently it’s been leaking heavily under the machine and now when it dispenses water it not one steady stream and I’m having to use more water to fill a cup and jug when I measured it wasn’t the correct measurements.The water has started just spitting out or not coming out at all. Iv looked after this machine like a baby so this has shocked me. I cleaned it out again changed the filter re set it still nothing.
I contacted Caso through their page like it says to do not once but twice..NO REPSONSE.. I sent an email that they direct you to …NO RESPONSE… i comment on Facebook twitter I get no response. I send a message through messenger. I finally get a response I send a video and proof it’s pouring correctly and they say they will pass it on… that’s all I got!!!… I received an email from their office in Germany saying “ WE WILL PASS IT ON TO OUR PARTNERS IN UK”… that’s it iv heard nothing since.
It’s impossible to use, iv message and just been ignored. How are they the best company when they can’t deal with a loyal customer who’s disable and desperately needs it Sorting

The item arrived in perfect condition and as promised the next day.
The hot water boiler with variable temperature and amount of water dispensed works exactly as it should and the large water tank is a bonus.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong microwave combination oven, I managed to phone customer services soon enough for a refund to be done so could order a different one, delivery was very fast, I am very pleased with the oven no turntable to pither with getting it in the correct place, just a flat glass surface to put bowls/plates etc on, it also makes for easier cleaning of the oven, a wire shelf to enable two tier cooking, to make full use of the height of the oven, I’ve not used the circular baking sheet yet but it looks good not too deep and a decent diameter, there are numerous different programs to use and so far I’ve not needed many of them, I made shortbread as a trial for the convection part and they cooked very well, I have just one gripe, the numbers on the digital screen are quite small and thin, hence depending on the light not so easy to read, it comes with a two year warranty which is a very good point.
I am very pleased with the microwave and certainly recommend it.
