There are much better casino options if a long term casino is what you’re looking for. Spent thousands in a few months as I was recommended to try them out. Reward system is mid at best, and the user interface and “VIP” experience is very lacklustre. I would recommend checking out other casinos first.

The games are the games, I don’t think people can complain about losing at casino games as it should be expected, you’re playing the odds.

I've been playing on Captain Crooks Casino for close to 10 years now, I've always played in the same manner and I haven't changed anything about the way I play recently. Suddenly when trying to redeem my VIP points I get a message saying my account is under review but if I keep depositing and playing I will be able to access my VIP points again soon. This was several months ago and I still can't access my points, so all my new bonuses are building up in my unaccessible VIP points account. Customer support will not even give me an explanation as to why this is happening to me...*UPDATE* So I did what the company reply to my review said, and I just got told the same B.S. again "keep playing and depositing and your points will accumulate" with no explanation as to why my account is locked and a week later I still have no access to my points.

Fraud never won much $300 at most but spent thousands like a fool get bonuses win $1.60 after spending hundreds something very wrong and they claim best RTP online that is laughable but I am sucker ones born everyday so no Ken to blame but myself so be warned these guys are not legit at all. I feel like there is something wrong with that lucky rewards thing on casino rewards I been watching it super close lately to see if it's legit and I feel like it's not... Eg. I was on tonight and it said this number was the winner then I check back just after it changed to the next winner and it says somebody already claimed this better luck next time and I'm like so I had 5 mins to claim my prize!! Or if it was someone else's I could claim why did it say someone's account number already won the one before that seems really shady I've asked about it and I keep getting the same crap... What has happened to the casino rewards points?? Each month I used to get them & turn them into spins. Initially when I came across Casino Rewards it was OK. I went through the verification process and was definitely not enthralled to say the least. Some of its dialog came across as threatening. You make a deposit and you seldom get your bonus. If you make another deposit you need to write down the game you are playing. It can be quite some time, sometimes hours or the next day before you find out where your money went. If it does accept your deposit it doesnt return you to the game you were playing. When playing slots you can spend 100+ and not even be teased with the games bonus hits. You will sit and watch as every penny is sucked out of you causing you to feel cheated and depressed. No dampener as it drains you dry and asks for more money.
When you use multiple Casino Reward sites you will have many usernames and accounts. Going back to one of the Casino's you may have preferred is often difficult as you may have multiple accounts on the same site.
When I would make a deposit it was coin toss as to what company may be dealing with my bank. I found a web app hiding behind my interact with five check boxes of which Share was checked. Cloudflair popup telling me my DNS was being circumvented and redirected.
