Letztes Jahr war das Casino relativ gut,neutral. Aber seit dem Update der im September war nahezu unmöglich mehr zu gewinnen. Nur kleinstbeträge werden gegeben. Auszahlung usw.war immer in Ordnung. Aber als eigener Erfahrung weiß ich, das die Slots viele viel schwieriger geworden sind! Und unlogisch. Ich habe jetzt 1 Jahr gespielt und steige mit 5500€ im Plus aus. Fraud!!! Stay away from any casino rewards web. Deposits accepted in seconds but withdrawal takes forever! I tried withdrawing a little over 2k and they give me such a hard time asking for ID's after ID's and proof of funds and other proof documents. It would say my uploaded ID's and documents were approved and they'd deny them again. I contacted live chat several times for help they're quick to reply at first and will ghost you in the middle of chatting after knowing you want help with withdrawal. after days of trying to get my winning which is way less than what i have spent. Decided to reverse the withdrawal and played and guess what? Loses them all which is their total intention. They have no intention in paying you at all. They would prolong the proccess so you get tired of waiting and do the reverse withdrawal option.

I tried depositing again, but there was no chance of winning anything significant. Bonus games were extremely rare, and even when they did trigger, the payouts were minimal — despite betting $5 per spin. I even spent $7 on Link&Win features and only received $45 back, which is very disappointing.
I managed to win around $500 over six hours of play, only to lose everything within 30 minutes. It genuinely feels like the casino stops paying after a bigger win — bonus games suddenly disappear, and when they do appear, the rewards are unusually low. Support insists the slots are not rigged, but the pattern is hard to ignore.
On top of that, my VIP points have been suspended for over a month. I’ve deposited twice during this time, yet nothing has changed. The Trustpilot representative keeps advising me to contact customer support for a review, but every agent I speak to gives the same scripted response — they say they cannot lift the suspension and that I need to deposit and play more. No one can explain why the suspension happened or when it might be resolved.
Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and gameplay experience have been extremely frustrating.
