Mene ek phone liye Infinix gt 10 pro usme 6-7 months me error aani shuru ho gyi, on nhi hua, jb me warrenty claim krne gya to usme wo phone nhi bna, or unhone bola same price me dusra phone dekho, jb, jb mene same price me dusra phone dekha or jb lene gya to fir usme unhone bola ki ab us phone ka price almost half ho gya, bs mera kehne ka mtlove ye hai ki unhone ye pehle kyu nhi bola meko ki warranty me me price deducte hoga.

Extremely Disappointing and Unethical Experience with Cashify

I had a very bad experience while trying to sell my mobile phone through Cashify. The online quoted price was ₹24,500, which is why I decided not to sell my phone to a local vendor and proceeded with their service.

However, when the executive arrived for pickup, he quoted just ₹7,500 — a drastic reduction from the original price. Within just two minutes, the price was suddenly increased to ₹14,500. This inconsistent and arbitrary pricing felt completely unethical and misleading.

It appears the initial online quote is used only to attract customers, and the actual offer is significantly lowered at the time of pickup. Additionally, the customer care team was unable to properly address or resolve the issue.

Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend Cashify based on this misleading pricing practice and poor customer support.

It was such a deceitful experience. They show high price and when the agent comes to collect the product half price is given only and these agents are trained well to not give more money as shown on the app while booking. It's a modern cheat full scam. Not authentic.

Fraud company. They will offer exactly 50% less than on the website.

A legal case should be filled against them for misleading information on the website.

I ordered a refurbried mac book. But then cancelled the order. The customer representative said they can't cancel it, so i need to receive the order and then i can return the order (no questions asked) and get a full refund. She convinced me into this, even after i opted for cancellation.

The product arrived and i was not satisfied with the quality and performance of the device. Now when i was trying to return the order Cashify was not answering my issues. I tried reaching them multiple times - they just said we'll get back to you, but that did not happen. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

Terrible experience with Cashify
They quoted a price of 9991 on their website. When the pickup guy came, they dropped it to 8500 and after negotiation to 9000. OnePlus 10R in very good condition. No scratches or dents, everything working fine, original box and bill available. You will be shocked as to why they reduced the price - they claim there are two tiny cover marks on the sides, the size of the tip of a pin.
Do you even see it? Basically looking for excuses to lower the price. And this was not an evaluation parameter when filling out their form.
Better to sell it at the local mobile store. Don't waste time with Cashify. I was warned that this is what they do but I still tried them and it was a huge disappointment.

Cashify is a very bad platform, completely a scam.

Needed quick cash for a best buy gift card. Was strung along for a day being told the sale would be processed soon. Next day the order is cancelled for a duplicate submission but they have no knowledge of the original but when I checked the gift card balance I was all the way empty handed. Only response I get is from the AI bot every other attempt has fallen on deaf ears. I got big finessed.

The Cashify personnel are not ready to listen to customers. During the inspection, they forcibly claim that the mobile screen has been changed, the lighting is bad, or the phone is not in good condition—just to reduce the price. Do not trust their staff. It is better to keep the phone at home and give it to your children for playing rather than selling it to them. They reduce the price by around 60–70% from the initially quoted amount.
Do not go for this service—it benefits only them, not the customer.

Pathetic service. Quotated amount was 2500 and when the cashify person visited he reducers the amount to 1300 and after so mannnny arguments he increased the amount to 2050. Never again with cashify.

They are basically looting people. They show an inflated quote on their website to lure you in. Then during pickup, they slash the price by 50% by inventing random defects. Even if you select those same defects on their website, the quoted price is still much higher than what the pickup agent offers. I learned this the hard way after selling my phone recently. Never using their platform again.

If I could give a negative star feedback, I would. Save yourself and never engage, or associate with this company. Trash. Rude. Zero anger management and abusive to costumers. I judge their IQ, and EQ.

Please don't use Cashify. Please find something better for yourself. 🙏🏻

Don't sell your device to cashify. They will not give the price whatever is shown in cashify app even after putting all correct details. I have put a request to sell for my one plus phone, 6000/- was quoted initially but once person came home to pickup, he has suddenly dropped the price 2700/-
This Is ridiculous and time waste process.

Loved there facilities and there management and the way of concerning the customers was too good

I purchased a product from Cashify, but it turned out to be defective. It has been 10 days since the purchase. Every time I raise a replacement request, the pickup agent never arrives. When I contact customer support and ask for the pickup partner’s contact number, they refuse to share it and only respond with apologies, without providing any proper resolution.
Additionally, a customer care representative named Harshit behaved very unprofessionally during the conversation. He did not communicate politely and abruptly ended the chat session without resolving the issue.

They sold me phone with damaged main camera and were unable to repair it even after sending it 2 times.
A very sub average brand

Cashify initially quotes a higher price for your phone, but during pickup the delivery executive tries to find multiple faults-even when there are none-to reduce the price. The final offer is never the same as the quoted amount.

This feels misleading and wastes time. I would recommend being cautious and not expecting the quoted price to be honored.
