EasyPhones – False Promises, Poor Quality Devices, and Unprofessional Support
🚫 EasyPhones – False Promises, Poor Quality Devices, and Unprofessional Support
Why Should not choose,
1. Replaced with ungenuine parts
2. Replacement also not proper engineering
3. Battery % is fake. They boost and show wrong info
4. Not Indian variant.
5. False color and variant in website, they will call and compromise on color, threat otherwise it will be delay.
I’m sharing this review to help others avoid making the same mistake I did. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro (128GB) from EasyPhones , expecting quality and service based on their glowing website claims. Instead, I received a device that’s almost unusable — and experienced customer support that was dismissive and downright rude.
🔍 Here Are the False Promises EasyPhones Made — and How They Failed:
1. “7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy” – ❌ Misleading
Their website clearly claims a “7-day return policy” — but in reality, once the product is sold, they avoid taking it back. I raised the issue within the return window, but they kept delaying, denying, and ignoring the request, and no replacement or refund was ever initiated.
2. “100% Battery Health Guaranteed” – ❌ Not True
The iPhone I received had only 92% battery health, and the charge lasted barely 4–5 hours with minimal use (just WhatsApp and Instagram). When I raised this concern, they conveniently said battery isn’t covered under warranty, contradicting their own guarantee.
3. “Superb Quality, Fully Tested Devices” – ❌ Completely Untrue
The product I got was nowhere near “superb quality.” It was:
Overheating within minutes of use
Lagging and freezing during simple tasks
Equipped with a non-genuine display, making it unusable outdoors due to heavy screen reflection
Face ID failed to work, further confirming that parts were replaced with aftermarket components
4. “6-Month Warranty” – ❌ Not Honored
Despite promising a 6-month warranty, their support team refused to cover display, Face ID, and battery issues, claiming those were “normal” or “excluded.” The warranty is essentially a trap to build trust — it means nothing when you actually need it.
5. “Best Customer Support” – ❌ Worst I’ve Experienced
Their customer service was shockingly unprofessional. The representative I spoke to was:
Rude and arrogant
Completely avoided my questions
Even raised their voice instead of resolving the issue
There was no accountability, no empathy, and certainly no help.
🔧 Technical Issues I Faced:
Severe overheating within 5–10 minutes of regular use
System lag and app crashes
Non-genuine display with white spot, poor brightness, and heavy reflection
Face ID failure from day one
Fast-draining battery despite low usage
💰 Overpriced for What You Get:
I paid ₹75,000 for this refurbished device. Local vendors now quote ₹35,000 for similar (or better) condition models. I feel cheated and regret trusting this platform.
⚠️ Final Verdict:
EasyPhones is not trustworthy. Their website is full of false claims, and they do not stand by their warranty or return policy. The product quality is subpar, and their support is hostile, not helpful.
❌ Stay away from EasyPhones if you value your money, time, and peace of mind. You’re better off buying from a local store or a certified seller that actually honors customer service.
On 14/08/2025, you responded to my complaint by stating that my issue is not covered under warranty. As I have already pointed out, you have not provided any valid proof or justification for your claims. Your response directly contradicts the assurances and commitments displayed on your website at the time of purchase.
I am sharing my experience as a warning to other customers: be cautious and do not be misled by the misleading statements and promises made on your website. Based on my experience, the commitments you advertise are not honored in practice, and customers may face unexpected denial of warranty coverage despite your stated policies.
