Ms. Rachel Bass answered all my questions about the process via telephone. I love the fact that your company still has a human being that answers our phone calls versus automated systems. Then Mark went the extra mile to assist me with the United Airlines code. He was so helpful!

Very simple process
Very simple process. Very friendly and straight forward. Only part that made me nervous was the forwarding of the OTP email but they walk you through how to make sure the filter will only send that one so your account is not at risk, which it isn’t anyway really. Either way, 10 minutes after identify verified I was paid and moved it from PayPal to the bank. Whole process was less than 24 hours because I put my request in about 11pm at night and it’s 1:15 next day and I’m done and paid. Highly recommend.

Was fearful of phishing scams after being asked to setup forwarding address automation and identity verification, but they made the process quick. Within 2 hours, I had swapped the points and had the cash issued to my PayPal account. If you’re concerned, don’t be. The site is safe.

Very smooth transaction and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is the fee that PayPal charges. So unfortunately the amount quoted is not the true amount deposited.
