I’ve sold over a million airline miles with MilesBuyer and their team is fantastic. Great communication, fast responses, and payout as promised. This team knows the business and will handle your transaction with professionalism. I realize PayPal payments can add time (and cost) to the completion; however, plan ahead for the extra days and it’s not a problem. This team stays on top of the process from start to finish and is helpful to guide you through it all. Very pleased with their service levels.

Recently sold me Alaska miles to Miles buyer, the communication was quick, direct and prompt. Took a total of a month for my sale to complete. Would definitely return and do another sale with them in the future.

My experience of selling points to milesbuyer was always positive. They are quick to respond and very communicative! Also, they are fast to make payment. I really enjoy working with them. Will sell points to them again in the future.

Absolutely evil scam-lords. They've managed to turn something that is vulnerable for both sides though technically scrupulous into something so radically exploitative. Make promises, ask for passwords, go into your account and look around, then tell you they're not going to pay you anything and give a shifting arsenal of reasons for it. You will NOT be safe if you use their services. You're throwing 1000s of dollars and probably the endurance of your mileage account down the drain.

Outstanding service. Gave me the best price and the process was straightforward and quick. Turnaround from initial enquiry to receipt of funds was less than 24 hours. The only bug bear is with paypal who take ridiculous charges and have placed the funds on hold. That said, milesbuyer have said they will see what they can do to speed up the payment by communicating with Paypal. Something they do not need to take it upon themselves to do. All in all, I cannot speak highly enough about this organisation. Thank you.

I had a very positive experience with MilesBuyer.com. The entire process was straightforward, transparent, and exactly as explained from the beginning. Communication via WhatsApp was fast, clear, and convenient, and they were always responsive to my questions.

Most importantly, advance payment via PayPal was completed on the same day as agreed, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Overall, the service felt trustworthy, professional, and efficient throughout.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!
The first red flag is the lack of organization, asking for the SAME information already provided. They are quick to collect your information, yet when you question when you'll receive your funds you get nothing but songs and dances.
There is a reason 25% say DON'T USE THEM.

I sold points to these guys and the process was streamline. They've yet to use the points but they aren't going anywhere else. Theres more there now for them if they need more im in. 😁

The process was clean and simple. I had lots and lots of questions, and all the staff answered my emails in a timely matter, and with easy to understand instructions. I got paid immediately for my miles/points once I decided to move forward and signed the contract with them. Would definitely do business with then again if I needed to.

I spoke with a couple employees (owners?) via Whatsapp and on the phone - they were 100% transparent and honest and paid exactly what they quoted me, right away.

They DO need to verify that you are a real human and you are a match for your milkes/points account, so that nothing is fraudulent, but they rely on word-of-mouth and return customers, so they have every incentive to be fair and honest.

Did not act serious.
I received a Whatsapp (did not allow milesbuyer to contact me via Whatsapp, so find this strange) asking me for my full name.
Nothing and nobody beside my passport and my parents know my full name as I was raised very catholic and you get a second and third and fourth name.
So I asked what this person what for and what exactly she needs.

All I received was: complete name.

This did not give me the feeling of trust and I blocked it.
If you want to deal with people on a trust basis, you should be able to give a serious response.

I went through their process of buying my miles and even signed their contract. Then they told asked me if I had contacted other miles buyers. Of course I did. I wanted the best deal. They told me there were problems with my verification. I gave them a drivers license and passport. Total scam and glad I didn’t go through with the deal. Will find another more legitimate company to buy them.
Reply to their response : prove to me I signed or agreed to any other company. You are mistaken in your search and your results are all false. Show me where I agreed to sell my miles to someone else. I only asked what they offered l. Your company is full of lies and deceit and won’t have anything To do with it. You are idiots if you think people don’t shop around.

Spoke with "Danny" "Eli" and "Ben", most likely not their real names. No LinkedIn profile matches. They asked me to verify my identity be providing social media usernames AND passwords, as well as providing DOB, address, phone number. You guys know what can be done with this information. They answered all of my questions quickly until I asked about their security and what assurances they provided and whether they used an escrow service to guarantee payment before using my personal information to use my account to take my points. No response after that. If they suggest I'm not a client, no contact, fake I'll post entire conversation on here and you guys can make up your own minds. DO NOT USE.

Danny, Eli and Ben all are great. Process is fully documented and you sign a contract. Overall very smooth transaction and experience with Danny. I would recommend them anytime!!

So far, so good. Process is a little more lengthy than I'd expected but the only real holdup was PayPal putting a 3 week hold on funds. This was corrected in a day or two and money is now in my bank. Milesbuyer reps have been very good and I'm expecting no other issues.
