Total scam, agent called, came at night, said will pay money 820 tomorrow, gave only 100gbp ,took the car and scrapped it and started abusing. I don't know how to get money back

They just sell your details to other breakers

Offered me a very good price offering cash, which I accepted, then called back complaining about transport prices and wanted to reduce the offer, which I reluctantly accepted.
Then asked for bank details, red flag!.
I refused and told him I'd changed my mind.
Persisted with calls and texts saying he'd already booked the transport. Blocked the number.

Wish I had read the reviews before calling them, I normally do! First guy offered me a deal I excepted on the phone then he got the hump because he couldn't just come and get it there and then, then he changed his mind and offered me half,I declined. The next guy kept saying he was busy and changing days then he blocked me, I then gave up and went somewhere else.

Same experience as many other reviews. Bombarded with messages asking “what price” despite the website clearly saying I will receive quotations, aggressive phone calls etc. Then to compound matters there is seemingly no way to remove my details.

Steer well clear, like others I wish I had checked the reviews first.

Abusive scam total waste of time had WhatsApp messages from them which were foul mouthed abuse I was told I was f—-img bonkers, nuts and a pain because I wanted more than 300 for a car whose engine alone is worth over a thousand. Avoid theses scamming cheats like the plague I barred and reported them to WhatsApp their site needs taking down

Requested quote on line which was less than other offers and have been bombarded with texts and calls from others allegedly looking to buy the car. Caller Hung up when asked to provide company details. Wish I had checked trustadviser first!

Do not trust this site. Gave my number out and getting endless texts and calls.

Awful company. Quoted for our car but never turned up at arranged time and have since ignored our calls and messages. Ended up getting more money for car elsewhere. Avoid.

Made the mistake of entering my details to get an idea of price. Since then have been bombarded by spam texts and WhatsApp messages. Blocked and reported all as spam

Made a deal over the phone after some haggling. Turned up to collect car then immediately started making excuses for why they couldnt/ wouldnt pay what was agreed (in writing by text). Offered £300 less, we said no. Went up another £100 (still £200 less than agreed and £100 less than the guaranteed scrap quote we had from elsewhere). Total waste of time. Why make an agreement and then low ball on arrival?! I even offered to send photos, told them to look up the MOT online before agreeing - they didn’t bother. Really frustrating. Needless to say we refused to let them have the car for less than we had agreed, so they left.

Total time wasters just pass your details to scrap companies who offer much less than "guaranteed value' 100% scam

Criminals! They took my car then refused to give me their details for the dvla. Don't worry the police are coming for you!

It says Guaranteed Price but they just give your number to scrap yards who call you and offer less SCAM !!

Got a quote but didn't accept as was just getting an idea of amounts. Got a call from their "agent". Asks me for photos of car and then offers less than half the original quote. Dodgy.

SCAM ALERT!!! THEY WILL CONTACT YOU AND OFFER MORE MONEY THAN ANY OTHER SCRAP COMPANY. THEY WILL PROVIDE FALSE INFORMATION AND THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THE PAYMENT WILL GO THROUGH IN THE NEXT TWO HOURS. IT'S JUST A SCAM!!! NO PAYMENT WILL BE MADE.

Promised to collect a scrap car between 8am and 12 noon.

No show on their part and no communications.

Complete waste of time.
