My experience with Cars24 was extremely . After my purchase was cancelled, I was repeatedly assured by their team through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages that my car loan would be cancelled "tomorrow." Days passed, then weeks, and nothing happened.

The car was cancelled, yet the loan remained active, and I had to keep chasing them for updates. Many times I received the same promises without any action, and sometimes my messages were ignored completely.

To make matters worse, the vehicle was listed for sale again while my loan issue was still unresolved. As a customer, this caused unnecessary stress, wasted a lot of my time, and forced me to file a complaint with Consumer Protection.

I expected much better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I cannot recommend Cars24 based on how my case was handled.

I recently bought a car from Cars24 UAE. From the first test drive to delivery, experience was very smooth and convenient. Khushboo, Gouse and Derrick were very professional and helpful throughout the journey.

I am extremely disappointed by the service and the deceptive business practices I have experienced. Their representatives made specific verbal agreements and commitments during my test drive, only to change the terms completely after my bank financing was approved.

This behavior is misleading and has entirely broken my trust as a buyer.

I had a very bad experience Car24 Service.

I handed over my car for service on the morning of 16 July 2026. After keeping my vehicle for about three days, they returned it to me in a much worse condition than when I gave it to them.

This has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I have never experienced such poor service from a company before. I expected my car to be repaired, but instead it was returned in an unacceptable condition.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of service and request that this matter be resolved immediately.

On June 30, I took my car to Cars24 to sell it. They completed the inspection, made me an offer, and I accepted it. They collected the car the very same day. Today is July 7, and I have neither received my payment nor had my car returned.

What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication. I've spent days calling customer service, but no one answers or provides any meaningful update. I am now left without my car, without my money, and wasting hours trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened.

I chose Cars24 after seeing their advertisements promising a fast, smooth, and hassle-free selling experience. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. Instead of convenience, I've been left stranded, frustrated, and completely disappointed.

This level of service is unacceptable. If you are considering selling your car through Cars24 Dubai, think twice. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.
