I wanted to share feedback regarding my experience with CARS24, specifically my interactions with Mr. Vignesh.

Throughout this process, I have done my best to remain cooperative, respectful, and responsive. Unfortunately, my experience with Mr. Vignesh has been the complete opposite of what I would expect from someone representing your company.

As the primary point of contact for my case, customer service required understanding, communication, and a willingness to resolve problems. Instead, I was met with dismissive behaviour, an unwillingness to listen, and interactions that felt unnecessarily confrontational. At one point, I felt as though my vehicle was being used as leverage against me, despite my full cooperation throughout the process.

What disappointed me most was not simply the lack of support, but the way I was treated. I felt disrespected, spoken down to, and that my concerns were not taken seriously. As a woman, the way I was addressed and handled during these interactions left me feeling degraded rather than supported as a customer.

I also want to make it clear that this feedback is not directed at CARS24 as a whole. I have had positive experiences with other members of your team, who have been professional, helpful, and courteous. That is precisely why this experience stood out so strongly.

The actions of one employee inevitably shape a customer's perception of the company. Regardless of how strong your brand or service may be, repeated experiences like this can damage customer trust and, ultimately, your reputation.

From a business and customer experience perspective, I believe service is just as important as the product itself. Customers remember how they were treated, especially during stressful situations. My disappointment is not rooted in anger, but in the fact that this situation created unnecessary difficulties not only for me, but also for the third-party suppliers involved, all because of the way the matter was handled.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and viewed as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. No customer who approaches your company respectfully and cooperatively should leave feeling unheard, disrespected, or intimidated.
