orders are labeled as virtual cards however they offer you a physical gift card code which has region lock, for a website labeled as an african game store youd think they wouldnt only sell hong kong region locked steam codes, support also replies in a long time and codes take a while to send

I had a very poor experience with Carry1st. They double-charged me without delivering my order (iTunes Usa gift cards of 50$), and their support team was unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no proper assistance. I strongly advise against purchasing from them and recommend caution when dealing with this company.

Terrible Experience with Carry1st: Double Charge and No Support
I had a terrible experience with Carry1st. They took my money twice without delivering my order, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, their support team is unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I received no proper assistance or explanation.
This level of service is disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Be cautious before doing business with them!

Very dubious people and company, Paid for iTunes cards since November 19th 2024 and I still haven’t received it.
They acknowledged payment. Today is December 30th 2024 and I still haven’t received it

they took my money without delivering…
they took my money without delivering the points in game. bank confirmed payment was cleared but the merchant did not accept the payment as yet. That was 3 days ago. Disgusting service and I will now be lodging complaints to the NCC and ombudsman today as they don't even have the decency to return the funds or reply to my emails/ whatapp messages.
