The whole experience was such a pleasure the man that came to take measurements was quick and efficient. the carpet was installed at a time that suited me and was done very professionally and absolutely no mess at all was left!!

The sales and showroom staff are extremely knowledgeable having a service that takes care of moving/ managing furniture is invaluable.

Ash is a credit to the company. Professional, polite, and friendly.
In addition to this, Carpet City was cheaper than every competitors I went to.
Only 5-10 mins from Seven Sisters/Tottenham Hale and South Tottenham Station. There is also plenty of parking.

Only downside is that they are not open on a Saturday, but it is worth taking a day off to purchase flooring from them. You won't be disappointed.

Carpet City has a great choice of carpets and other flooring, which meant when we undertook our renovation, we didn’t need to go to lots of different places to find something we really liked.

Jeff guided us expertly and patiently through the various options, from both an aesthetic and practical point-of-view. He also has detailed knowledge and advice, with regards to fitting and maintenance.

Simon who is highly skilled and experienced, fitted our carpets really well. And Jose Luiz did a great job of fitting Carpet City’s very good value but high-quality XL laminate floor.

The telephone staff were also very courteous and helpful.

I recently visited Carpet City in Tottenham to look for new flooring for my flat and had a great experience. I was helped by Ash, who was very friendly, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the options while really listening to what I needed. I was quite indecisive, but he was extremely accommodating and helped me choose the right flooring at a very reasonable price. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. I would definitely shop at Carpet City again and highly recommend Ash for his excellent customer service.

Had great experience with their sales team from start to finish( special thanks to Jeff and Levi). Prompt communication and delivery. Delivery guy was super friendly too. Also they gave me the best quote for the floor out of all premium amtico suppliers in London.

I have used Carpet City 3 times now. Each time they were attentive and easy to deal with. The products and intallation were great and the price was fair.

When we were looking for a new kitchen floor we considered both engineered wood and Amtico - which is why we selected Carpet City. They have a great range of both options.
The showroom is large and well set out and the sales staff very knowledgeable and helpful. This made the decision making process so much easier for us.
Levi was very patient and gave us time to make the right decision - and came back to us quickly with detailed quotes.
Once we had made a decision and set an installation date everything progressed smoothly. Installation took place on the day we requested and our fitter Danny was excellent - he was very polite and did a great job.
