I received the bike only a few days after I ordered it. Assembly was simple. Customer service has been prompt and attentive. The ride is spectacular - the different options are challenging and provide good variety. The leaderboard is great for those of us who are perhaps overly competitive.

The bike is amazing. I'm usually not a fan of cycling classes or stationary bikes, but I love this bike. It's a great workout in the shortest amount of time. I've used it for about a month 2-3 times a week, and there's a clear improvement in my performance. I can't say enough about it. The HR monitor is just like any other monitor; it does automatically connect, though, without any pairing.

Delivery was fine, the box arrived in good shape. Wish I had been told that the box wouldn't be brought up any stairs, not really a delivery when the box is dropped in your driveway and you have to figure out how to get it inside.

I just subscribed as a lifetime subscriber. I had a question on recommendation for exercise program and got no answer. Last was told a month ago they were researching

Update: Support helped me to log into my bike and it was not very intuitive (I am a former interface developer). I am still not pleased with such a short warranty and would not purchase again. They will repair my bike for a cost.

This is a cautionary tale if you are considering purchasing this bike. Check the warranty.

My son purchased a 1.0 bike during the shutdown and then gave it to me. It's about 4 years old and doesn't work at all. I got a look at the warranty and was shocked by how short it was given the expense. The best warranty was for the frame, 1 year. Everything else, 6 months.

Nothing about the bike is working. It stopped measuring the heart rate months ago and was constantly losing internet connection and sometimes just restarted while I was in the middle of a workout. I had left it unplugged while work was being done on my apartment and when I carefully plugged it back in (hoping to restart my membership), clearly something is loose and the bike will not function. I have checked the connections many times.

The menu, which takes me to the user screen, does not allow me to change the password, which I had changed online. So a bike that should have been functional for several years given the cost is now essentially trash.

I am considering a Peloton for my next bike.

I LOVE my Carol bike. Whether I've got a REHIT ride, fat burn, custom or fitness test in my schedule, I always look forward to hopping on the bike. Also, the team at Carol are responsive and helpful. Most importantly, I've significantly improved my VO2 max in just 90 days, as well as improved my leg strength. Carol bike rides are a fantastic addition to my fitness and longevity routine.

One of the things I've noticed about the CAROL bike is that the intensity of my rides remain constant while my fitness metrics (e.g., Peak Heart Rate, Energy Output, Peak Watts, Fitness Score) continue to improve. The dashboard tells me that the AI almost always increases resistance, but I don't notice it. Because the AI increases resistance in proportion to one's new fitness level, the intensity of the rides seems unchanged - even though you are actually becoming fitter with each ride.

Easy purchase, fast shipping. Not too bad to assemble. Excellent, prompt email support.

I spent a ton of time researching different bikes, but I kept coming back to the Carol even though it was much more expensive than the other ones I was looking at. It was totally worth it. I love this bike. I mainly use it for the REHIT rides, which work so well (I typically do them after my strength training workouts). I have also been using this for my zone 2 workouts. It's so easy to use.

The REHIT rides adapt really well, and I'm very impressed with the AI. It definitely adjusts quickly and is incredibly intense, which is perfect. The bike itself is a beast, and seems really well made. I'm 6'4" and fit on it really well.

I understand they'll be adding some longer intervals, particularly the Norwegian 4x4. I can't wait for that to drop. That being said, it's still easy enough to do this on your own on this bike. I just love how easy they've made the other workouts, so incorporating more of this would be perfect.

I'd highly recommend this bike to anyone looking at it. I've had an incredibly positive experience overall, including interacting with customer service on a number of things (mostly bugging them about future updates), and they couldn't be nicer.

Excellent bike! Well built, easy to use, getting great workouts in such an efficient way. So nice to easily work this into my busy schedule. Customer service is above and beyond - had an issue one morning early on, sent an email through the bike app and they called me within minutes. We quickly fixed the problem over the phone (the Bluetooth got turned off inadvertently so the computer wasn’t communicating with the bike). They then followed up over the next several days to make sure things were still okay. I’m feeling like this investment is well worth it, and my wife and two teens are enjoying the bike as well! We love how it customizes workouts for each of our individual needs and abilities. Overall, the experience is what I hoped for and expected based on their website and reviews.

Love the workouts but bluetooth connectivity with the provided heart rate monitor is problematic.

Upgraded to 5 stars after they reached out and provided instructions on how to prevent the connectivity problem.

Ordering the bike was a good experience. I felt like I got personal attention from specific named individuals who seemed to be assigned to help me. The bike arrived as promised and the setup was pretty uneventful. I’ve recently started my 4th week of doing at least 3 REHIT rides. Seems ok so far. It sounds easy to do two or three sprints per short ride, but if you’re going all out….you will definitely be spent at the end of the ride.

I wish I could custom create and save my own fat burning rides to ramp up because the basic ones offered in the membership UI of the bike I are just too many sprints. The most entry level fat burning ride is 30 sprints over 30 mins. I would like to begin at a more entry level ride like maybe 10-15 mins with 10-15 shorter sprints as opposed to 30 or more which are the only choices I can see. You have to remember a lot of people buying these are not in great shape yet….so a slow build up to longer fat burning rides would be good.

Awesome stationary bike. Product packaging is outstanding. CAROL Bike is superbly engineered. Other than being extremely heavy for a 65 year old to put together by myself, I absolutely love the bike. Been using it daily.

As a busy executive, who is also an athlete, this bike is the answer to cardio! Love it!
