Delivery was fast, I assembled the bike myself with no issues. Been riding the bike for 3 weeks & seeing improvement. It is easy to use.

Setup was easy. Instructions on putting it together were super easy. And i love the bike so far - 3 or 4 weeks in.

My whole experience with Carol has been positive, from the delivery, the assembly that I did myself, and my one contact with their support team. Each step in the assembly has its own card and tool. The instructions are clear and assembly was easy. I reached out to support one time to get assistance with connecting a third party device. They were helpful, even though it wasn't a device that Carol partners with. And the support agent even followed up with an email with other helpful information.
Work outs have been fantastic. I love the fact that I can get a decent workout in under 10 minutes. I have definitely noticed that I feel better and stronger. I think the Carol bike has also helped with my knees.

This bike is addictive! Not a huge fan of workouts but it's easy to get on and ride 10 minutes three times a week and see the benefits. The sprints are hard and the workout speeds by! Love the smart aspects of the membership and tracking data. My husband enjoys the rides as well...The only problem is I can't take it with me when I travel!

Had an issue with the tablet. CAROL support called me, suggested Facetime and and solved the problem on the call. Very pleased.

Miles or Kilometers traveled doesn’t show up on the trend. Seems like basic KPI. Requested to be added. Seems like an easy add or should have been included up front. Disappointed.

This bike is extremely well built and I've been absolutely pleased with my experience so far. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting something like this.

Love the bike so far. It is really well built, the packaging was great as well and so easy to assemble.

Mario is AWESOME! He responds in a timely manner and solves the issue quickly and easily! To be clear, the bike isn't the problem; in my case it's been me the rider not fully understaning my bike fully.
I LOVE MY CAROL Bike, but I am also a huge fan of their outstanding customer support and education that make the habit easy to continue & maintain.

Carol is a very robust commercial grade bike. It is designed for maximum gains in the shortest time. Even for the busiest person, only 3 five minute rides per week is absolutely doable. Using AI to keep you in the right zone for maximum benefits there is nothing on the market that is comparable!

After paying more than 3k, they still want you to pay a monthly membership to use it. Unreal. It also does not integrate well with other apps, like Zwift

Love my CAROL bike! I'm already feeling the benefits and it's so easy to stay committed and consistent with the 8 minutes 3x week. I've seen my cardiorespiratory health via my VO2 max numbers improve and am much less out of breath after intense bouts of effort.

Throughout my ownership of this bike I have ranged from a 5 star review to a 1 star review. After 2 years I think I have settled on 3 stars. This review includes the bike, maintenance, and the subscription service.

1. Subscription Service: This is one of the biggest drawbacks that lowered the score. I think for $19.99 you should get more than simple access to the AI to do their advertised REHIT. For example, I think at that price it should cover some type of maintenance service or something like that.

It just seems a lot for 1 program. Without paying it they're aren't a lot of programs included in the bike so you're forced to either manually control it or get something like Zwift. I cancelled the $19.99 plan and I just use Zwift as it has almost all the same workouts plus more.

2. Maintenance: Hopefully you won't run into this issue but I had a case where the bike was making a knocking noise. I contacted support and they told me to simply take the cover off which meant taking the crank arms off. It seemed simple in the video but it was extremely difficult to even get the nut off of the crank arm to even get to the next step. My wrist is still sore from trying to do that. It's understandable as that nut was tightened at the factory but it's very hard to get off initially.

Also, you need a "crank puller" to then get the crank arm off after you get the initial nut off. That wasn't really described to me in the initial support request.

For this area I wish they would detail what tools you'd need to do the fix they are asking you to do and also explain it might be very difficult to get some of the components off and offer a service tech that could come out. This rolls into my request for some type of maintenance offer included in paying $19.99 a month.

3. The Bike Itself: I like the overall product in that it's unique in the sense of the flywheel design. Most bikes on the market today are traditional "spin" bikes that have a heavy flywheel. In those types you can't simply stop pedaling as you have to slow the inertia down of the spinning wheel. In the case of the Carol bike you can stop pedaling and it feels like a standard bike.

Great technical support with detailed pictures so I could feel confident that I was buying the correct parts. Prompt shippping was also great. Repair was simple and easy to perform due to well designed equipment

Keeps me engaged and motivated!

The purchase/transaction went smooth, shipping was quick to the US (about 1 week or so). The quality of the bike is top notch. Assembly is very straight forward and simply laid out. Setup and power-up was also straight forward. You really can't screw it up. After just a few rides i'm extremely happy with my purchase. Rehit is a cheat code.

My husband and I have it just over two weeks and absolutely love it! We bought it to improve our VO2 max and have already seen improvements. Love how easy it is to use and how many different modes they have.
