Excellent Service

Our consultation with Ben at the travel clinic was superb. He is friendly, very professional & gives the best injections we've ever had! He asked & answered questions clearly & looked back at our health records to see what injections were given previously on previous visits to Botswana to determine which injections were required for this trip. Surprisingly, my husband needed one more injection than I did. Ben is passionate about what he does & this comes across in his enthusiastic but calm manner. I have already recommended his travel consultation clinic to friends.

Ben gave expert travel vaccination advice. So helpful.

I highly recommend coming here for travel vaccinations and general advice. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable, approachable and genuine. I could tell that he was not seeking to rip people off but to help them make informed, research-backed decisions (and helped clarify the truth, as it stands, around some illnesses/vaccines in contrast to certain myths floating around on the internet).

Ben responded quickly and positively following our initial enquiry. He made an appointment to suit our needs and on the day had obviously researched the details of our trip that we had provided with all relevant information and recommendations to hand. He explained everything clearly and once we were happy administered the vaccinations we had decided on. All very friendly and efficient

We were amazed at the service provided at our recent holiday travel consultation. In the 45 minute session, Ben thoroughly explained all the vaccines we might need for our upcoming trip to South America. He explained the pros and cons of vaccines for various countries and we left the clinic feeling fully informed and armed with enough information to make the decisions we need to make to keep us protected.

Excellent service

We had our 3 years old son vaccinated against yellow fever. Ben the pharmacist explained everything about each tropical disease that we might encounter and why getting vaccinated was the right thing to do. Our little boy got his jab without a crying. Ben was friendly and that played a huge part in our son trusting him.
