Great, honest and timely service. Provided a lot of in-depth general advice regarding my upcoming trip as well as a run through of vaccine options. All options were explained to me with full transparency of the risk levels of the diseases in my areas of travel and there was no pressure to decide on vaccines, especially those that were a low risk and suggested, however the appointment was informative enough for me to go home and further consider some select low risk vaccines with future trips in mind and to lower my risk of illnesses particularly fatal prognoses and those affected by global treatment shortages.

He talked me through all the risks and potential illnesses, then administered three vaccines that I agreed should be renewed, that had expired. I felt supported, and there was no pressure to get any vaccine that day. I was in 12 minutes early, so he saw me then and there, making the whole experience easy and straightforward. Thanks, Ben!
