CarMoney Anmeldelser

Joe helped to find cars and never got exasperated with me. He was knowledgeable, patient and talked me through everything so this seventy + old lady understood the process. Can’t fault this company

Brogan was very helpful and informative she found me the perfect car

Car money really perservered with a difficult application. I sent links to around four different cars to get approval, and was, through that perserverence, successful.

Thank you to Sam for getting me the car I wanted .

Had a really good experience using CarMoney. Jay was really helpful throughout the whole process and sorted everything out for me.

Using CarMoney saved me a lot of time getting quotes and looking around at different finance options myself. Jay was able to find me a good deal that worked for my situation and budget, kept me updated throughout and answered any questions I had.

Overall really happy with the service and would definitely recommend CarMoney if you’re looking for car finance.

The complaint handler (Dannii), was very professional, polite and understanding when dealing with my complaint. The replies were prompt as were any actions that needed to be undertaken. In a frustrating scenario the efforts really helped.

I came across this company when searching for a car, decided to put in an application for finance with them, filled in the online form & within about 20mins i had a notification that I had been approved...
An agent called me, asked me to confirm my details which I did then immediately began telling me he couldn't hear me anymore, I asked him to ring back & same thing. I had no problem hearing him, I had excellent phone signal & he was responding to me almost immediately suggesting he could actually hear me fine & was just trying to get me off the phone then told me he would hang up & send me a link in a text message to link my bank account & send pictures of my driving licence which I did. I notified him it had been completed & could he confirm it was received but I got no answer.
I then received an email 5mintues later saying I was unsuccessful even though I had already received an approval.
They wont respond to me now & I now belive this company is just gathering people's data & I have fallen victim to it.

Stay well away from this company, I will be reporting them.

My original review stands, and they have only proven my point. Last week, they begged me to take down my review, promising that if I did, they would pay me within 3 days. I trusted them, but over 10 days have passed, and—surprise, surprise—no payment, just back to their old excuses and dodging calls. They try to manipulate reviews to look clean while actively scamming people out of their referral money. Do not trust a single word they say, and do not waste your time referring anyone to CarMoney

Ellie was so incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure what kind of car I was looking for, and she took the time to search affordable options for me and sent me links of cars that would be suitable. Ellie explained everything in detail for me and answered all of my questions. Thank you again.
