My finance ninja were fantastic, kept me up to date with what were happening n what i had to do next.

Excellent communication and super friendly. Cannot fault the work done by my 'ninja' and from start to finish 24 hours for my new car to be on my drive. Highly recommend.

I was just starting the process of getting a finance with car money. All was going well, until a conversation I just had on the phone with Rhys. I told him I had just been looking at the reviews and was feeling a bit unsure about taking a finance out with them at this time based off what I'd been reading. He instantly changed his tone and became defensive saying "what's wrong with our reviews, we have 4.7 star rating, so what's wrong" I told him I'd just seen 4 in one go saying to avoid at all costs due to the customer having problems with the car within days, he responded "if you have problems with a car from anywhere it's your problem". I feel a little reassurance would have gone a long way but his attitude completely changed from being attentive to going on the attack. Had I of been given reassurance I probably would have carried on with the finance but thanks to Rhys it seems he's saved me getting into a lot of debt with a terrible car. So thank you Rhys, maybe work on that customer service though if you actually want to sell some cars :)

These where so helpful finding me a car deal back in September 2025, all went smoothly, as a new driver, couldn’t believe how helpful these where, until 5 months later the head gasket blew, with only having the car under 6 months, I thought clearly there was something wrong with the car when it was sold to me, drove the car just over 3k miles, car money arranged a car inspection, waited around a week for IVIS to inspect the car, and of course IVIS who was paid and hired by car money , done a 15 minute car inspection, said the car was at satisfaction at the point of sale, leaving liability with me to pay for a new engine, and refused to help in anyway and avoided all calls from myself, turns out after getting the car into a garage, the car didn’t even have the right engine in, completely wrong oil pump on the car, balance shaft missing (£500 part) V5 engine didn’t match to confirm this car has had major work done in the past with no documentation, not only did car money bill my finance company for a lowered mileage, at 58,250, and the service booked stamped at that mileage the day before I got the car delivered, there is photos of the car the week before I got the car delivered showing the mileage at 61,530, also the autotrader advert was advertised at 61,531, lowered the mileage to higher my finance payments and a better commission for themselfs, service booked is now void due to false information and incorrect, FOS are now involved, my personal experience, avoid these, just a broker making dishonest money out of people. Trading standards have also been informed of this company.

I submitted a finance enquiry with Adam at CarMoney - Adam was very helpful! Negotiated a deal with the lender, spoke to the dealership, informed me throughout the approval process and got my deposit down to £4 (yep, you heard that right!) - honestly CarMoney and Adam couldn't be more brilliant, amazing communication, great customer service, very polite and informed, truly great experience! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adam personally for being so helpful in finding my car, I've sent him a couple and he was so patient with me and my partner on finding our new four wheels, truly great consultant - I hope CarMoney recognises his amazing skillset and communication :)
