When I filled out the details with Tracy, I forgot about it until 13 Jan. Only to discover the lifesaving amount of £400 had been in my account since 6th Jan already! Wow, I was able to get someone to help with compression stockings, go to dentist for checkup etc! Thank you so much!!

Quick process, I can't fault the experience at all.

My experience from day one was impressive, I phoned the enquiry number and I was greeted by a very friendly lady who took my details and told me their representative who deals with the claims would phone me back, which they did next day. The whole process took approx half an hour asking me questions...all very relaxing and friendly. Eight weeks later I received my back dated money and it's helped me from struggling each month.
