Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The whole car finance application process was incredibly easy, quick, and stress-free. Everything was explained clearly, and the support throughout was excellent. Definitely one of the smoothest and most straightforward finance applications I’ve ever completed. Sylvia
I haven’t heard from Sylvia since Wednesday 18th February. She is not answering my calls or messages.
I had to take the car back to Milton Keynes to fix the AdBlue injector, and I live in Lancashire.
The garage isn’t even a Jaguar Specialist.

SCAM. Payment was promised and later refused. I was misled about who I was dealing with, and communication ceased entirely. Proceed with caution.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We take situations like this very seriously, especially when it involves our dealer partners. To clarify, payments are only released once all lender conditions have been fully satisfied and the deal has been formally approved and completed. If funding was not issued, this would have been due to outstanding requirements or a change in the lender’s decision at final stage.
It was quick and fast
