Excellent service from Adam

I have had a lovely lady called Aliyah look after me throughout my purchasing a new car journey and she has been absolutely wonderful! Nothing was to much hassle, provided me with so much knowledge and answered all my questions, she would also go and find my answers if she didn’t have the answers I needed.
Purchasing a new vehicle brought me a lot of anxiety which Aliyah supported me with night and day for over a week! Honestly couldn’t recommend more- this lady is such a credit to the company!

Wow what an experience! I was so nervous about financing a car especially for the very first time! But Aliyah has been fantastic! She went through every detail with me and made sure that it was what I wanted to do, no pressure and no rush! She was brilliant 🤩 definitely recommend

Aliyah was fantastic I can’t thank her enough even after I started to have doubt about the processes she made me feel comfortable and explained everything again and again and offered secure sites to send my personal details too, great service, as I have worked in customer service for over 20 years Aliyah is an asset to your company

Aliyah from Carfinanced has been very helpful all the way with advice and also keeping me updated. Everything was made quite clear and process very smooth. Every question I had clearly answered and also the willingness to go a step further to help. I was also impressed with the broad knowledge Aliyah has with the help she has been giving in sourcing out the right and cheaper option of car finance. I would recommend CarFinanced to any one wanting to purchase a car and needing financial assistance.

Excellent service

I am very happy to buy car through carfinanced. I am very satisfied

Adam was helpful but I was having trouble getting the documents signed.

Very good service

I have never experienced so much faffing around and information requests for borrowing a relatively small amount of under 4K. I nearly cancelled but the Manager dealing with it was seriously professional and empathic and it eventually went through, long AFTER the finance company who I have used for years with zero problems released the funds. I have an good credit report with zero problems all my adult life. I am 74 now so this companies behaviour came as a genuine shock.

The experience was excellent. Everything went smoothly, the process was clear, and the staff were helpful throughout. I’m very satisfied with how easy and efficient the whole experience was. Thank you!
