Caresole 

Nowhere was it mentioned the product was shipping from China ! I brought IPL hair remover for $69.00 but on our credit card it was $291.00 !!! I would Never pay this for a gadget and want to return it but with shipping at that price it would not be worth doing.. I feel stupid and embarrassed to have fallen for this.

I placed an order on 12/27/24 for a pro smooth hair removal handset from caresole. I paid $199.00 for it is plus $9.95 expedited shipping. The website had a NY address but it was shipped from China. It is a deceiving website. If I had known it was coming from China, I would never have ordered it. It has been almost 3 weeks and no product. I have emailed numerous times with 1 reply asking me to be patient. I finally got a call back from their customer service. The call was from the Philippines and the person I spoke with didn't have a clue as to what I was asking. I did get a tracking number but that is a joke too. I will report them to the FTC. WHAT EMAIL?!!! I never got an email from caresole.

Everything went wrong. This CARESOLE is not a reliable company. Their website is sketchy and induces you to make mistakes purchasing more than you actually wanted. Someone must stop them. Once I contacted them about the second purchase they charged me for first one and NEVER delivered it. After 2 weeks of not receiving the item I complained. If I would not have complained, I would have never seen my money back. I never received the item, but I can assure you that I do not trust the company, their website or their product now. I will not use them ever again. CUSTOMERS: WATCH OUT THEY MUST BE A SCAM... overcharging customers for quantities they never want.

I do not know why you sent me another email asking me for more details about the experience. I wrote all the details above. Maybe you want to read it. I don’t think that this company is legitime. I repeat: Customer service deplorable. Product not delivered as promised. Charged but not delivered. Disorganized . Unprofessional. Will never order from them again. Already purchased the same item using Amazon. Delivered in 24 hours. Problem is with this company!

I tried most shoe insoles from Duane Reade/Walmart I could find to walk comfortably without pain. Not impressed with those options but these have been wonderful. Good cushioning & support… that’s an A from me.

I ordered the Radiance One product and received it last week, which was through Caresole. Upon reading through the user guide, it stated not to use it if you have any metal implants. I have surgical wire from jaw surgery and a metal screw tooth implant.

If I had known, I would not have ordered. Hopefully I will hear back soon so I can resolve this issue and return the item.

I heard back from Caresole within a few days and we were able to satisfactorily resolve the issue!

***This is 2nd review about this company, they responded to my first review through trust pilot to look good, however, they have not taken care of the issue.
I provided the information they asked for they never got back to me. This company is not reliable, do not order from them.

Terrible service.
First, their website designed to make mistakes to order more because no confirmation after you paid!!!
So I end up ordered 3 items. (knee braces)
Of corse they charged me 3 items straight away then 3rd item never arrived. (no tracking number)
This company still refuse to give me full refund for 3rd item.
Please be careful to deal with this company.
You will lose money!!!

Bad Company - sending permently E-Mails without permission. Do Not react of e-mails to delete my adress

I have been using the wrap and the insoles for a few months now. Both work great - much better than I had hoped for. The soles of my feet hurt less when I´m using these products. Fast delivery was also appreciated.

The IPL product arrived in a torn box. I plugged it in, waited, and the product doesn't work. It doesn't turn on. They said I can return for a refund if I pay postage, then I find out I have to return it to China!! It will cost more than the product cost, and I would never know if it even gets there.
Avoid buying from Caresole
I should get my money back, I can't use the product. I can photos of the torn box if this would help. Or they should pay the postage.

I received the wrong size plantar fasciitis wrap on my initial order. There's no instructions in packaging about what my order # is and how to return/exchange item for correct size i need which is Large/X-large. I emailed customer service as they suggest on their website, but no response. I've called 3 times today and been on hold and then disconnected. Wondering if this is a scam?

Ordered a Laser hair remover on the 14/11/24 and paid expedited shipping. According to tracking item left China on 21/11/24 and has just arrived in Australia today 2/12/24. Cannot guess when or if it will arrive. Will not be getting anything from this shonky mob again.

I have requested a return address from Europe.
30 days return period is soon over and no answer to my email from support.

Ordered the luma one mask. Used every second day for two weeks now the thing won't charge. Bought a new charger still won't charge. Unable to use it .total waste of$ 235 aus dollars. Imso angry that I have wasted my money on this product. Unable to even google the merchant I believe I've been scammed into buying a faulty product. Where do I go from here. I want a total refund

Bought the Luma One mask AND the "extended warranty" and still cannot get a response from them because the thing quit working about 14 days after I got it. Call their line and after four cycles of elevator music it disconnects. NO response from email. I finally opened a complaint case on Paypal to get my money back. STILL have not gotten a response to my email to them. AND after they wanted to "hear" from me on this platform, STILL have heard nothing from them. I don't think they care to make things right.

0* SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! Within the marketing text, it read $52% off. At checkout it was 50% off. The second I ordered, a message popped up saying "do not honour card payment". Then I received a text msg supposedly from my bank telling me that an unusual amount of ($100 OVER the due amount) to press 1 for more details.
What a total bunch of Aholes!!

Placed an order 2 months ago. The tracking information is stalled from October 23 somewhere in china. I sent 4 separate email with no answer whatsoever. This is a scam. Don’t order.

I ordered a set of 4, got them took them down with me to the docs office. Found out they would not work. Sent 3 back in original packaging for refund. Sent several emails with no reply's. I have proof the package back was delivered, but no response whatsoever from them. Lame - The insoles are junk, don't waste your time. Spend your hard earned $$$ on 10 Second Insoles or a more reputable brand. Not just bad insoles, but horrid service. Non-existent.

My lights don't work. This is not rocket science. None of the 3 colored lights work. Electrics work but not lights
