Caresole 

Ordered the Plantar Xwrap 2 months ago and still have not received it. I’ve sent 2 emails and tried calling but cannot get anyone to respond.

If I could provide a negative then it would be a negative 10. This company did not send my product and have not responded to my emails. They are a fraudulent company. Don’t buy from them.

I bought the plantar X wrap. Never got any type of confirmation email in regular, junk, spam, etc. The XL did not fit my ankles. I’ve tried to email support and have received no response. Customer service is supposedly 24/7. Again have received nothing. Really thought this was a trustworthy company, but guess not.

I ordered a radiance one handset at a cost of $199 on 7th January. I have still not received the item. I have emailed them numerous times but have not had a reply. I would not recommend this company, I think it is a scam setup

I was quite disappointed to receive my inner soles that were so highly touted by Caresole. I would value them at $5 to $10.00. There’s no science to what they are selling. Unfortunately, I haven’t felt them to be of any better quality, comfort or benefit from any other shoe.

This brace is very easy to use and feels comfortable. I have arthritis in my knee where the bones rub together and when I wear this brace it makes my knee feel super strong- like a robot knee! I really noticed how much it helped when I took it off. I strongly suggest trying this brace if you have knee problems.

Some of the better customer service I've come across online. They were quick to help, professional and kept their promises. Replaced my order quickly.

As a teacher, I stand and walk for 5-6 hours every day, five days a week. This brace works great for me! I can stand and walk with no problems while wearing it. The brace moves with my knee but still gives me the support I need. If you are a bigger person who has trouble finding knee braces that fit and work well, I really think you should try this one.

it's a spam site. I used my card to make purchases and then made multiple transactions without my knowledge. I haven't received any shipping information yet. I have written and sent an email, but I have not received a response.

The Radiance One unit stopped working after one month. I have written the company with very little adequate response. They just keep telling me I am not using it correctly.
Don't bother calling customer service. I did it three times and they disconnect you after a certain wait period.

I read the reviews after ordering my knee wraps. I was worried by what I read. I tried to contact customer service without response.
However I got my knee wraps 12 days after my order processed. 10 minutes after putting on my wrap for my arthritic knee I got amazing pain relief. I could not be happier.
Customer service isn't everything. Pain relief is !!

The website was easy to navigate from Instagram and am impressed so far with what I've read. Excited to keep using them.

Caresole refuses to provide required shipping details for me to return the Radiance One I purchased in error.
I requested order cancellation minutes after placing my order and it was denied. I followed up with 3 requested to cancel. I was told to send it back for full refund once received. I have been trying to do so, but DHL will not accept the minimal address to CHINA!!! for shipping. I am out 300 USD.

Worst customer service ever. Bought an IPL hair removal instrument that is still brand new because the battery fails to charge. Wasn't cheap and haven't been able to use it once. Have emailed Caresole and have ben ignored so many times. I have lost my money and stuck with a faulty product that won't work. Total misnomer in their business name!

The handset is only working while in the UP mode and there are no directions that state how to change modes. I don't know what I can add. The handset does not work in any modes other than "up" and "week."
