This online course was a very positive experience for me. I appreciated the flexibility it offered, allowing me to learn at my own pace and comfort of my home. T he materials were clear and well organized and i found the quizzes insightful because it really helped reinforce what i learned. One of the biggest advantages was being able to revisit lessons whenever i needed to, which helped me understand topics more deeply. Moreso, the course improved confidence and skills, and it made me more disciplined and self-motivated in managing my time and learning independently.

Engaging and accessible
I love the fact that it is a self- paced course. It's also easy to understand and the quizzes at the end of each module allows for retention of learning. I recommend this to anyone who is serious and willing to develop in areas concerning health care.

Disappointing!
I paid for a death verification course but was deeply disappointed. Just general information without applied theory. A useless course if you want to learn something. And although they boast of certificates that can be sent to your address, you also pay for that printed certificate even though you paid for a course for it.

I subscribed to one of Caredemy’s courses a year ago, assuming it was a one-time payment. I used it for a few months and didn’t return after that. Yesterday, I was unexpectedly charged £72 for an automatic renewal that I wasn’t even aware of. I honestly had no idea the subscription would renew automatically, as I thought I had only paid for a year’s access.
I contacted their support team, explaining that I didn’t want the renewal and kindly asked for a refund. Unfortunately, I was told that their policy doesn’t allow refunds for renewals, even though I haven’t used the course in months.
I reached out to their support team to explain that I didn’t want the renewal and kindly requested a refund. Initially, I was informed that their policy doesn’t allow refunds for renewals, even though I hadn’t used the course in months. This was incredibly stressful, as the money taken was part of my student budget for essential expenses like transport and food.
Update
However, after further communication, I was contacted by a very pleasant Caredemy team, and I was promised a refund. I am grateful for their understanding and their quick action to refund the £72. It was reassuring to see that they have updated their policy and are working on improving their communication regarding subscription renewals to avoid future confusion. Their responsiveness and willingness to address the situation has restored my faith in the company.

I've had a great experience with…
I've had a great experience with Caredemy. There is a vast selection of courses to choose from, it was quick and easy to sign up to the course I selected, and once I'd completed the course, my certificate was immediately available to print out or download. There is also an extra option, for a small charge, to have a certificate posted out. One thing I would have liked in the course I did was a couple of video demonstrations as sometimes it's easier to see things done than read instructions and imagine it.

Once again Thank you. The course and content are great. Recently as a company, we have experienced numerous problems. The incorrect course loaded. One learner could see another learner's marks. One learner's access has been denied because the course has expired. What she paid has not expired in monetary value. Your agents refused to issue one certificate for The Care Certificate. But a different agent assisted us previously. It is the same course. Recruiters do not want 17 certificates. Your customer service has dropped significantly

* Regarding the learner's access and the expiry issue: Our courses come with a standard 365-day expiry, which is usually ample time to complete.
