Great Company with legit TCG
Great Company with legit TCG, I was struggling in finding a trustworthy source for Japanese Pokemon untill I found this Company, great service overall, I just ordered 5 Snow Hazard and 5 Clay Burst Pokemon Japanese from them, but sometime the price is a bit too high, eventually a very good company and I will stick with CardOtaku for a while.

Beyond what I expected
Beyond what I expected.
I was looking for a single card printed years ago in a card game that has no popularity outside of Asian countries.
At first they didn't manage to find the specific print I was looking for and I thought that'd be that but I was pleasantly surprised when they got back to me that they managed to find what I was looking for.
I will most definitely be a returning customer after the customer service that was displayed.

Great place for Japanese cards!
Ordered twice on some highly sought after singles. Service and delivery is very quick! Great packaging as well, the cards are in great conditions. Highly recommend buying in one big purchase to save on the shipping cost though, but this shop is very much worth it!

We thank you for your patience and trust. In this type of configuration: as a reminder, your package was indicated by the carrier FedEx, which delivers packages only against signature, as delivered.
To obtain a refund, and as explained with you by email from your first contact, you had to open an inquiry so that FedEx questions its deliverers and opens an investigation.
We are not responsible for the delay of investigation of FedEx and we could only suggest you to contact them again and to be patient. Moreover and as you know, FedEx of the destination country (Austria) and of the country of shipment (Japan) did not agree and had to find an arrangement.
Your first request was on February 1st and despite our efforts, we only got the authorization for the refund on March 15th and it was sent to you immediately.
Finally, we sent you the items you ordered the same day you ordered them, via the carrier you selected, we insured the package at our expense to secure this shipment of several hundred euros. The package was indicated as delivered and we answered you by email within 24 hours of the opening of your request for service by indicating the correct procedure.
We also contacted FedEx several times and we helped them to find an agreement to protect your interests. Despite the one month processing time, the full refund has been made as soon as FedEx has authorized us and your SAV request is now closed.
We remain of course at your disposal,
