This is the worst provider for transportation. Every time I've scheduled a ride they'd be an hour late unless I called every cab company in town to see if they got the order. Customer care is very rude and speak over you after asking a question. When telling them our area doesn't have Uber they schedule rides then 15 minutes before the appt they text and say no drivers available. Humana needs to drop them and get M.A.R.A. back

Leon has SCAMMED my Partner and left our family without a car for Christmas ! We Bought a bmw x5 162 and turbo blew 12 weeks later after sale and there taking no responsibility! They landed a useless car back in our drive today with no outcome only Court Proceedings ! Horrible people to deal with . Please read reviews we are not the only people with these stories ! Be careful I wish we never bought this car from Leon CAR CARE COMPANY honestly this has upset our family so much and they don’t have any remorse . Christmas Week and No Car for our family ! Hang your head in shame CAR CARE COMPANY

Don't dare use this company there only a bunch of scammers! They tell you everything you want to hear then take your money and soon as your car blows they take no responsibility for it. Had a car for 3months from September to November and the engine blew and they won't do one thing to help or fix the problem saying it all my fault that i drove it with warning lights on when they only came on the day it blew up as to where i contacted them straight away and was lucky enough it rolled onto the side of the motorway away from passing vehicles i must mention that i had my 2 small kids were with me and we're choking and coughing from all the smoke in the car this could been alot worse amd thank god my kids were ok . There now leaving a honest hard working family without a car for the past month and now xmas is here and they done the exact same. Please do no go near these cowboys if you have bad credit and in need of a car go directly to the finance company not this crowd ran by Leon as he will be only doing the same thing as if you were to ring the financeyourself,he's absolutely nothing but a dishonest cowboy! The court system will finally deal with him and his puppets. Check the reviews were not the only people in this situation over that crowd. Karma will catch up with LEON

To sort my concern i took Garda help, i never ever ask anyone to deal with Leon and Alan.
And i was about to know Dept. Of Justice doors.

Complimenti a chi divulga il termine educazione utilizzando termini offensivi e discriminatori alle spalle senza possibilità di risposta. Sul sito l'azienda ha risposto pubblicamente sempre dimostrando trasparenza. Perché infangare delle famiglie che lavorano nascondendosi dietro una tastiera... COMPLIMENTI!

Mezza stella o meno. Bella la storiella strappalacrime sul sito, ma esattamente il contrario l’approccio alla clientela. Arrivato per un emergenza al mio mezzo super assicurato e garantito FIAT. Arrivo e due volte a scarica barile su diverse persone. Arrivo in accettazione e senza neanche chiedermi cosa era successo, nonostante gli ho spiegato che ero messo male che non abitavo lì ma ero di passaggio per lavoro e che almeno mi serviva solo un parere a fronte di una veloce diagnosi computerizzata che di solito si fa in massimo 10 minuti. Mi rispondono senza neanche guardarmi negli occhi stiamo chiudendo(mancavano 45 minuti alla pausa pranzo) e quindi se ne parla minimo domani. Accettazione dove trovo un signore molto mediocre e il capo officina al computer che mi snobba. Insomma ad averne di sta gente ignorante e maleducata. Risultato? Mi incammino, e pian piano arrivo a un punto che il mezzo si blocca… 3 ore perse e 300€ in più di carrattrezzi. Auguro a questi esseri viventi di ritrovarci nella mia regione di origine per fargli vedere come si usa con la gente in difficoltà. Buoni solo come orefizi dei deretani animali.

Ottima esperienza.... Mi sono recato presso CAR CARE per "riparare" il parabrezza della mia macchina. Sono stato accolto da Pamela, che con gentilezza e professionalità ha sbrigato le pratiche per l'assicurazione... Nel frattempo il tecnico ha svolto perfettamente il lavoro. Consiglio vivamente CAR CARE anche per i numerosi servizi rivolti al cliente. Tempo fa ho portato l'auto per fare dei lavori di carrozzeria e la Revisione periodica, in quel caso fui accolto da Stefania la quale con cortesia e professionalità ha seguito il lavoro (effettuato a regola d'arte) ..... Tornerò sicuramente...

Really poor experience. Make claiming extremely difficult. Spent a long time back and forth between garage and company to get case resolved - despite having been assured prior to work that it would be fine. Had to threaten legal action for resolution - after 6 weeks finally got agreement to pay.

I bought a car from Leon 3 weeks ago and paid in full. They do not have the log book VLC. I am now in a serous mess. Absolute fraud!!

Semplicemente maleducato chi su Facebook ad un mio commento(l’autore car care) su un prodotto, ha risposto con arroganza dimostrando che professionalità e marketing sono cose inutili.
Sarebbe bastato spiegare e tutto sarebbe finito lì!
Tempi moderni, poca educazione, business per fare soldi e non costruire niente.
Discriminiamo con superficialità chiunque senza capire che ti rivolgi al potenziale cliente.
Cosa assurda è che lo sono stato,per ben tre volte!
Signor direttore di CarCare , faccia scuola ai suoi allievi di buona educazione.

First time putting in a claim. It was denied! The car problem was in the exhaust system a valve failed and had to be replaced. $800. Bucks. Nightmare! Who needs CAR CARE.

Azienda seria e precisa in tutti i campi .... consigliatissima...

Ho conosciuto questa officina tramite groupon, hanno fatto il lavoro male tanto da dover ritornare dal mio meccanico per sistemare le cose.
Ho segnalato a groupon della mia esperienza è questa è stata la loro risposta, credo che si giudichi da sola, poi fate voi:

"probabilmente lei non è stato simpatico...tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti e qualcuno è anche già ritornato...chissa come mai??? le spenda pure da un altra parte parte le sue 20 EUR ....B.....E!la prossima volta sia + simpatico che magari la gente la tratta meglio..."
