Etro Online Store – No Customer Service
I placed an online order with Etro three weeks ago and the order status still shows “processing.” I have contacted customer service multiple times and have not received a single reply.
What makes this especially disappointing is that I continue receiving marketing and sales emails while legitimate customer inquiries go completely unanswered. For a luxury brand, this level of customer support is unacceptable.
After weeks with no communication or update, I no longer want the item and have lost confidence in ordering from Etro online. Based on my experience, their online customer service appears to be non-existent.
I would strongly encourage Etro to address its customer support issues, as this seems to be a recurring complaint among customers.
