It seems like a scam. Be careful! I uploaded my video, but the generation process never started. Despite this, my credit was deducted. I tried several times, and the generation still would not start, but my credits were taken every time.

It is a good app and website. But they should upgrade their website as its not dealing with video b roll just photo b roll which is a limiting factor and the price is a bit high.

A wonderful company making fantastic products! I'm a graphic designer and I love everything they do. They have made my creativity very welcome!

I had some questions after not having used the app in quite some time. The team was super responsive and Sam was Johnny on the Spot! They answered my questions and resolved my concerns nearly instantly. Sam then followed up the next day to make sure I was able to access the app and asked if all my concerns were addressed. 5-star service for real! Fan for life!

I like that it was the first player to support Norwegian captions. And the UI was great and easy to understand. Perhaps we had some issues some times, however, the support team was super fast to reply and help out. Its a serious app doing exactly what it says and the team is professional.

The very best clipper and editor for short form videos on the planet. Nobody even comes close. Their templates beat the rest. Great support, too

A great service that delivers excellent results in just a few clicks!

Terrific product & service. I also had a little problem and their customer service were very quick to resolve.

I would highly recommend!

It is so easy to use and makes my reels REALLY stand out from the noise and is engaging. It is really fun to select different styles, but it makes the captions more appealing and people stay longer on my videos.

My subscription wasn’t loading after I transferred phones and the customer support got it resolved quickly. The app is so easy to use!

Their customer service is topnotch. They are best . Thanks Caption.ai

Adoro questa app! Offre tantissime opzioni per creare sottotitoli, con diversi modelli già pronti e anche la possibilità di crearli senza un modello fisso, lasciando molta più libertà nella personalizzazione. Inoltre, mette a disposizione tantissimi strumenti utili. Vale davvero ogni centesimo speso!

love this service, super cool way to make content creation easy ! Telling everyone I know

This program was a huge help for making significant edits across a ton of short form content pieces. As a software company (AutoTune), we found it incredibly useful for our workflow. Highly recommend.

Does the job it markets.

Thank you very much for fast answer and help

Me resolvieron una consulta y un rembolso en menos de 2 minutos. Nunca antes visto en una app. Y sin contar, que siendo
Una app de ia , sentí más
Contacto humano que muchas apps

Fantastic interface and fantastic customer support.

My annual Captions Pro subscription renewed unexpectedly, so I reached out to their support team to ask about cancelling and getting a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it went — they responded promptly and approved a full refund without any hassle or pushback. It's rare to deal with a company that handles billing issues this fairly and quickly. The whole experience left me with a good impression of how they treat their customers. Thanks to the support team for making it easy.
