I purchased a Caple sink approximately 5 years ago.
I somehow lost the logo overflow cover .
I contacted caple customer services on Monday, and received a free replacement one today.
Very impressed!

The roller latches had lost two ball bearings on my Caple Extractor. I contacted Caple and the team was able to provide me with the information needed to identify the part needed. Excellent service and communication provided by the company and the latches arrived promptly. Thank you for your excellent service Caple

When our kitchen tap developed a small leak I contacted the manufacturer, Caple, to describe the problem and to ask for advice as I couldn't see how to replace the faulty cartridge.

I received a very prompt reply from Olivia in which there were links to a video showing how to proceed with the repair and a further link to a kit containing the necessary replacement parts.

Both links were very helpful and they allowed me to replace the cartridge thus fixing the leak with minimal delay and without having to call out a plumber! Result.

Ordering was simple. Delivery super quick and communication re delivery was very good.
Haven’t yet opened the package as waiting for sink fitter but it’s not damaged on the outside.

Whether you are looking for entry level, mid range or high end, Caple have it all in abundance. Their ovens in particular are very aesthetically pleasing with great functionality. The downdraft hobs with plasma filters are also very pleasing.

Absolutely in love with the Sense Premium range and all its features! Wanted an oven for serious cooks and this hands down beats tech on anything on the market. With the largest temperature range on the domestic market it is great for Stone baked pizzas and I love the meat probe and Smart functions. As a Kitchen designer this is not just my go to cooking system I recommend to all my clients but the one I use myself!

Caple as an all round company are customer friendly and have a great service, appliances are also great

I've been dealing with Caple for a number of years now, the product and customer service is great, the company Representative is always so very helpful and proactive.

I’ve used caple (Maurice Lay) for many years and find the products fantastic, some a wee bit quirky like the integrated wine coolers , fitters love them as very easy to fit and user friendly, delivery is also very good , I’ll continue to use them in the future.
