Emily Walsh (Customer Services) and Oliver Ellis (Technical Services) dealt with the problem quickly and efficiently: nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They are excellent ambassadors for Caple.

Had a slight issue with a Caple single leaver tap which was supplied and fitted by a third party during a full kitchen refurbishment. After providing receipts I was promptly sent a replacement spout which unfortunately didn't solve the issue.
After getting back in touch with Caple customer service rep Gill she promptly sent out a new full replacement like for like tap, couldn't ask for a better after sales support.

I was given the correct code and price to advise the customer of how much it would cost to replace.

From my initial enquiry on 17/4/26 regarding the availability of replacement parts for my kitchen tap through to my placing of an order for a replacement tap on 22/4/26, Hannah Cope provided excellent and prompt service, providing relevant details of products and information.

The grease filter I needed is no longer available, however Hannah emailed me instructions on cleaning.

I have had to replace like for like as no other distributor does the integrated tall freezer, when buying it on line at no point was it mentioned that I would have to pay even more for it to be installed and the old one taken away, I think spending that amount on a new freezer , that extra cost should have been mentioned

Contacted Caple Customer Service by email to inform them of a developing fault with the top basket of our dishwasher and received a prompt reply from Chan.
We provided some pictures of the fault and Caple promptly couriered a new replacement basket to us.
Whole episode dealt with in four days.
Very happy with the attention provided by Chan.
