A fabulous trampoline!
It takes a bit of umph to put it together but worth every drop of sweat!

Although I haven't had the time to put the trampoline together yet it looks to be the one I ordered and looks quite easy to assemble. However I did order a weed membrane on the same order which has never turned up. Very poor considering the trampoline cost so much money!!!

Fab product and excellent customer service. Trampoline arrived quicker than expected date. Cover was missing but I called and it came in two days. Would recommend. Excellent quality!

Great trampoline and kids are very happy. Would have been great to be able to return the Full Safety Net worth £200 as this is not needed and will end up somewhere to be never seen again, Was advised this is not possible...

Capital Play installed a 11 x 14 ground level trampoline and it’s great. Very professional service. Polite and respectful team, who were very tidy and worked hard to get the job done in a day. It’s obviously not cheap but well worth the extra cash. It blends in to the garden and my neighbours can’t complain about seeing the kids heads bouncing over the fence :)

There was an issue with our delivery, seemingly lost in the post and the lady I spoke to sent us a new replacement straight away! Great customer service!

I had seen some negative remarks on service but came to the conclusion this was the best serious product on the market for performance and safety.
Spoke to Stephnie at the office and I was reassured things had improved massively as they tried to sort out COVID related issues which have affected every business.
Pleased to say I received my Explorer Performance trampoline in 2 days time and service was fantastic

Purchased a Springfree tampoline and received excelle t service from the web sitpe through customer services to the fast and friendky delivery people. Highly recommended.

Arrived but not installed as yet....going to be a family affair! The weather at present being two third’s through May is incredibly wet.
The garden plus digger will do more harm than good ....excited for grandchildren when up and jumping....waiting for that warm and dry sunshine to begin our task.....

The team at Capital Play were absolutely great from the word go. Extremely helpful and the installation team were friendly and very tidy. The trampolene is fantastic and my daughter loves it. Would recommend these people without hesitation.

There could of been better communication when the first visit was cancelled but the service on site was excellent and we love our rejuvenated trampoline!! We will definitely be having our annual service!!
