I recently wrote a Review about the Jumpking
12’ x 8’ rectangular trampoline. Only I posted it as a review for JumpkingEU when some of it was more appropriate for Capital Play, whom I purchased the trampoline from.

“I recently purchased a Jumpking trampoline, with a basketball attachment. I was telephoned by Capital Play immediately after I ordered on line and it was delivered and constructed within 2 days of ordering.
We have had an oval Jumpking trampoline for the past 10 years and it has been a really good buy. But this new model is far superior. My grandsons say it is better than any trampoline park they have been to. Equally, having lost their basketball net due to the restructuring of my garden, they are happy with the alternative provided within the trampoline itself.
A win-win!
I would highly recommend Capital Play for its products, its efficient and helpful staff and its commitment to customer care.

I ordered an in-ground trampoline to be installed in my garden for my two young girls. The whole process form ordering, to installation and tidy up was professional, efficient and really well done. Skip turned up day before the job, team cam the following morning and installed the trampoline and the following day the skip was collected

Great trampoline! We got an 11'x8' in the ground. It is quite hard work to dig the hole, but the website and instructions are upfront about this, and following the instructions leaves it looking like it was professionally installed.

My kids have barely gotten off it since it was finished!

Delivery was rapid, even despite COVID isolation impacting- and we were kept well informed of this.

We received our 14x10ft trampoline in April but wanted to use it through the spring & part of the summer before we reviewed it.

The trampoline itself is extremely good quality, it’s strong, well made & had very clear installation instructions. I would advise people to use a mini digger to make the installation process easier. The trampoline has an excellent bounce & has kept the children happy for hours & is used daily weather allowing. Definitely worth the money !!!

Capital Play were very good with communications, the trampoline was out of stock when we ordered but arrived back in stock in the expected date & was shipped to us within a couple of days.

Overall a quality product from a quality company.

They spent an hour on the phone to answer my questions and to help me choose the trampoline that would meet my expectations. I must say I am not disappointed.

We have had a capital play in ground trampoline for about 5 years and ordered a replacement surround as the old one was looking a bit tatty. It was delivered with no problem and we were able to fit it ourselves (it was a bit tricky, but ok once we got the hang of it). It has made the trampoline look like new again!
