We had multizone AC system installed into our loft from CapCool. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went. They were very tidy and organized and did the whole job to high standard. They also helped to figure out the right solution for us. I can definitely recommend this company.

I used Capcool air conditioning company to have a unit fitted in my conservatory they done a brilliant job. The engineers was really good. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We had a fantastic experience with CapCool. Right from the first moment Farhan was very easy to deal with, explained very well what would happen. After explaining what we would like he gave various options for installation of one unit in the upstairs main bedroom and one unit to cover the open living and kitchen area downstairs. The quote we got was very fairly priced compared to other companies but the service was not lacking at all.

We have nothing but praise for Farhan and his teams approach to the work all of whom were courteous and professional. Less than 24 hours before the planned installation we had delayed news from planning that our initial planned position on the front of the property was not possible due to restrictions, despite an earlier query suggesting that it would be ok due to permitted development. They told us we can install on the back with no issues, but the front was a no go without planning permission. I immediately rang Farhan with the news and he immediately walked me through an alternate installation for the back.

What was going to be a quick half day job turned into a full day but the work ethic of his team was sublime. Always had time to stop and answer questions, they were clear throughout with what was happening and despite the work running into late evening, low light, rain and wind did not rush the job, took their time and ensured a very clean finish, still taking the time after to test the units, walk us through their functions and explain the annual service checks. Even with the added work and challenge the final completion price was only slightly higher to account for the extra work and materials.

I strongly recommend these guys, even if their quote ends up being a bit higher than someone else you find, the extra care in the service is more than worth it and I find it hard to think you would be unhappy with the result.

CapCool installed 2 air con units in my house. They did an excellent job. Friendly and polite engineers, very efficient and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Will not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended.

Working with CapCool was very simple and stress free, the installation was faultless, the team was easy to get hold of throughout and the team where very responsive from our initial consultation through to completion.

Air conditioning unit in our office as it was not blowing out heat, rather than just sending someone out to look at it (incurring costs) they put me through to an engineer who talked me through some ideas on the phone to get it working, this worked and obviously cost nothing. They went the extra mile to help even though they new they were talking themselves out of the fee. Very honest!!! I will be using them in the future. Thanks CapCool!

Really professional team of workers. I have had 2 units installed so far and both times the installs have been conducted both professionally and in a very relaxed manner. No rush service. The equipment used especially the hoist lift to transport the outside splitter unit onto the outside flat roof was amazing. Gave me full confidence in these guys. Would highly recommend. I'm an Avionics Engineer so respect the quality of service. Would highly recommend. 5 stars all round.
