Capcool provided us with very professional service from the very beginning to the end. Erica has been very responsive and accomodating from the first contact regarding bookings and quotes. Fahan, Adnan, Imran and Ibreham worked for us for four days to install the three multi-units for six rooms of different sizes. They are all very dedicated and they work very hard to find solutions to minimize the potential changes/damages to the existing interior. Many thanks to everyone! We won't be hesitant to recommend this team to anyone we know.

Erica promptly arranged the initial site visit with Farhan on the same day!
Farhan is very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about air conditioning and was happy to explain any queries and provided guidance according to our needs. The quote received was competitive and very reasonable. Subsequent changes to our requirements were promptly explained whilst providing neatest solution rather than making their installers life easy.
Our team of installer were: Adnan, Imran and assistant Ibrahim – absolutely brilliant team.
Highly impressed with the neat trunking installed externally and in the two back rooms in order to install the internal units in the front rooms of the house and placing the external units at the back.
The team were exceptionally courteous, tidy and careful when undertaking the work for our new ac system and constantly cleaning at each stage. Zero mess and no essential decorating after installation.

The service had been first class from the moment I had made an enquiry, a site visit was arranged in which the engineer had assessed the best place to install the air conditioning unit, speaking and arranging access with our neighbour below before the work was scheduled to commence.

On the day of the installation I had accidentally provided an incorrect address, however this was not a problem and the team had arrived at the correct address to install the air conditioning unit.

The engineers were prompt, efficient, helpful and understanding, the quality of work was second to none and we now have a much cooler room as a result, a special thanks goes to Erica for handling all my queries and to the engineers for their outstanding work.
