Dear Samawe,
We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation regarding your account.
Upon reviewing your transaction, we found that you bypassed our payment gateway and obtained a 200K Standard 2-Step Evaluation Account for $1, while the standard price for this account is $989. Due to an automation error in our payment system, the account was mistakenly issued to you without full payment.
Following a thorough review, we confirmed that no full payment was received for the account. Since this constitutes an exploitation of a system loophole, your account was immediately removed in accordance with our policies.
Regarding Support & Communication
We have dedicated support teams available on Discord, Telegram, Instagram, and our website’s live chat. Our records show no support inquiries from you before you made this public claim. This contradicts your statement about attempting to reach out for assistance.
Addressing Your Public Statement
We understand that you have a following on YouTube and Telegram. However, we stand by our decision and have clear evidence supporting our findings. Should any inquiries arise from your audience, we will present the facts transparently.
Final Clarification
If you believe you made the full payment of $989, kindly provide a screenshot of your transaction history showing the completed payment for verification. Otherwise, your account will remain permanently disabled, as we do not permit unauthorized access to our platform.
We take such matters very seriously and ensure that all traders who legitimately purchase accounts receive their funded accounts upon passing the evaluation.
Best regards
