I ordered a 40x30 canvas 3 days ago. When it arrived I was shocked to see it was wrong. I rang conrad who explained I'd sent a portrait picture and requested a landscape frame. I asked how this could be rectified and he said he could do it again in a portrait frame. I asked how much I owed him to which he replied "nothing". I am a proud man and will admit when I am wrong and will pay to rectify my mistakes but he wouldn't hear of it. Reluctantly I agreed though very shocked at his kindness. The new canvas arrived today and as my dog is all I have in life when I opened the package I cried tears of happiness. I cannot believe how good the canvas is or how professional and generous the company are. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be and will recommend canvasdesign to all and everyone. I hope all at canvasdesign read this and feels a sense of pride and my genuine emotion I feel. Thankyou thankyou thankyou

I purchased a 30x20” canvas print. Everything went swimmingly until it got to the courier who, for whatever reason, did not comply with the next day delivery.

I called Canvas Design and explained that the print was a 70th Birthday gift for my Father. The delivery date of the parcel was now a date that I couldn’t receive it and my Dad’s Birthday was the next day. Their response was above and beyond! They reprinted it and dispatched the new print for a Saturday. Plus, refunded the original next day delivery fee. Ensured that I was fully in the loop with correspondence with the courier detailing the importance of fulfilling the new delivery.

I fully appreciate that they probably lost out due to rectifying a situation that wasn’t of their making. My Dad loved the print and my family have decided to have more shots taken which we will have printed on canvas and will definitely give them more custom.

I am really very happy with the Canvas delivered. Fast and reliable service. Even the customer support team is active and helpful. They helped me track my order.

Extremely impressed with the service received. Conrad assisted me with some concerns I had around the design of the custom canvases I wanted to order as a gift and provided answers to all questions I had.

Once the designs were confirmed, the order was placed for next day delivery and I received them on time.

I gave the canvases as a gift based on something I knew the receiver wanted, and the comments were "these look even better than my dream!" Don't think I could have hoped for a better reaction!

They came out beautifully - great print quality and the colours and sharpness were even better than expected. One canvas had a lot of black colour, and this didn't look grey at all, but truly black.

Overall I would be quick to recommend this company to anyone. Great quality, great customer service and really quick delivery (I'm in the UK) at a good price. I can't thank them (Conrad in particular) enough. So pleased with these canvases and they will be my first choice for any I order in future.

Speedy service. From ordering, to delivery was just over 2 days. Very impressed, especially as its coming up to Mothering Sunday.

Packaging, was the reason not to rate this company 5 starts, due to the fact my parcel did look like it has been dragged through a bush. Just cardboard wrapped round, no seal on the edges. Just bubble wrap to protect from the weather conditions.

But this will not stop me ordering again. I am over the moon with the canvas I have purchased, and I cannot wait to purchase another one.

I had been looking for a specific canvas for my front room. Came across canvas design via google. I uploaded the picture that I wanted, placed my order and it arrived 2 days later. Wow it looks amazing, fantastic job. Great service from start to finish. Will certainly be using them again when I want some more done

I discovered Canvasdesign on google after being let down massively by another online company who had overpromised and underdelivered. Canvasdesign was great in service, speedy delivery and most importantly the product was great.

What a fantastic company. Not only did I get a canvas made to my exact measurements, at a really good price, but it was delivered so quickly. Very, very impressed, would definitely recommend, and use again myself!

My experience with Canvas Design was nothing more than 5 stars even when we had problems with resolution for big printed canvas but a guy called Conrad did everything possible to get them done.

Superb experience from the outset
I uploaded an unedited version of the photograph I wanted in error & had to contact Canvasdesign to correct my mistake.
I received a reply very quickly & was able to start again.
The picture arrived very well packed & is great quality. Excellent value for money.

So far, I have ordered a couple of canvases through canvasdesign.co.uk.

The first required a bespoke size and unlike other similar companies, canvasdesign.co.uk can accommodate non-standard sizes easily and do not even charge a premium for doing so. The print arrived exactly as visualised on the website.

With the second order, the print did not quite turn out as expected so I contacted them to discuss options. I cannot praise the resulting customer service highly enough. Not only did they remedy the issue without any fuss, they went above and beyond and seamlessly tweaked the original picture I uploaded (a hand-drawn artwork) to better fit the canvas - the final result was perfect.

I had to leave a review as I was so impressed by the efficient service of CanvasDesignUK. If you check other companies prices and reviews as I had done, this company is the best on Quality,& Price. I only ordered it 2 days ago and it has just arrived brilliant. The canvas picture is clear & crisp. It is for my Son & Daughter-in-law first wedding anniversary. Will definitely recommend & order again. Well done.

I have just received my high quality prints today and i think this brings my total to about 40 over the years i have been dealing with Canvasdesign, this time i sent some inferior photo's by mistake, instead of printing them they informed me of the poor quality and gave me my money back, i reloaded with new photo's and they are as usual perfect. Thank you team Canvasdesign for being honest and helpful on this occasion, i am not a retailer i just do them for family, friends and the local football club.

I needed a canvas/other printing company that was competitive on price. Also good quality and prompt with delivery. Also with an option to dropship/send anonymous prints on canvas to clients. After searching through many, many on the web - my choice was canvas design.co.uk.

All requirements/expectations more than reached by this great company. Fantastic feedback from my clients on receiving their canvas. Highly competitive on price with no sacrifice in quality at all. Tracked and rapid delivery at very little cost.

Customer service is fantastic, my canvas was damaged in transit, when I spoke to Conrad, he was right on the case and had another delivered free of charge immediately, my mum also ordered a canvas roll in error, and again Conrad sorted everything out for her, will definitely be using this company again, highly recommend them, thank you Conrad
