You need to work harder on delivery…
You need to work harder on delivery times, it was cancelled twice. Lost a days money for waiting for a delivery that never turned up. Really not good. No offer of compensation just an apology. Won’t use them again.

Terrible Experience – Failed Delivery and Lack of Communication
My recent experience with your team has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite multiple attempts, I received no response regarding my undelivered package, which has now been returned to the sender by TNT. No answer on customer service phone line. The courier made no delivery attempts, despite our 24-hour post room and concierge services.
This failure has ruined a meticulously planned gift for a significant 50th celebration, and the lack of communication since is unacceptable. I expect an immediate resolution to this matter.

No hesitation in recommending this company for your canvas needs
Great selection of different size canvases available and an efficient response from Emma at Customer Services. Arrived slightly late but geographical and meteorological circumstances accounted for that.

I placed my order on 10th November with…
I placed my order on 10th November with 5-7 day delivery. I still haven’t received my order despite t n t saying it has been delivered. I ordered large canvases for a pre Christmas commission and I’m running out of time. This is my first order with the Canvas store and it’s putting me off future purchases.
