Exceptional booking experience
The booking experience was brilliant. I phoned for a price for Christmas which was provided clearly with no hidden extras and a written quote detailing everything was emailed to me. I had some questions about the resort which were answered. The set out of the log cabin was explained to me. Our dietary requirements were dealt with without any fuss or issue. Before explaining any of the magic it was also checked that I couldn’t be overheard by the Children so it didn’t spoil the surprise. I phoned back the next day to book and again everything was dealt with clearly and also made to feel really special. Thank you Demi for making the process easy, really clear and also making it seem so special and magical.

Very funfilled and organised trip
So magical, even for the adults!
Each activity gave you plenty of time , nothing was rushed unlike Tui customers who were complaining!
