Lost a key to my cabinet, T. at Cannon helped me get a new one fairly quick. Note that live chat during business hours was responded to immediately, online contact form was not.

Great and fast customer service!

A little tough getting video to go through chat other than that great experience.

The tech support guy Toni Rodarte was very professional and extremely helpful. My problem was resolved in good time.

The worst company I have had business dealings with. There customer service representatives constantly lied about what was going on with my claim. After approximately one month they informed me they could do nothing. The problem was the safe was not working due to a damaged door handle most likely from shipping. So as a result I will never do business with Cannon safe company or recommend them.

Purchased a safe and while trying to change the key pad code locked my keys inside safe .. contacted them and resolved my issue real quick . Great customer service couldn’t ask for better .

I need a key replacement and was having trouble with the online form. I tried calling but was put on hold. When I used the Chat, the world opened up. It was very quick, painless and friendly. I am pretty sure it was not a chatbot, but a real human.

Was provided instructions to troubleshoot my issue and get the safe unlocked.

One negative is that they don't ship to Canada expecting me to have an address in the US.

I had an issue with multiple code attempts before safe would open. I was speaking with Toni through the online chat option and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Problem resolved in no time.

To start, the intial contacts,two times, with customer service were dismal, in technical, and completing what was a request for parts. Though waiting for some weeks for a response that never happened. Today this changed as the service performed was impecable recieved from agent Alfredo Pichardo, explicit, concise, friendly, patient, informative in presentation...in other words an asset to Canon. Had this postive response not happened I'd sold off this product as a loss.

After sending videos and what the problem is with my safe, they are telling me it's not under warranty. They said that it only has 1 year warranty. The keypad works and the battery is fine (always an excuse). Regardless, the internal rod that slides the locks in and out is disconnected. It would be an easy fix if I could get it open and reconnect the nut that holds the component together. A friend of mine had the same issue with his Cannon.. He fixed it before it came disconnected. If you have one of these safes, I'd open that front door and make sure that you put some lock tight on that nut that hold it together, or you'll get no help from Cannon. I'm done with this company. Their warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

I sent an email and within 24 hours got my initial response. That email was requested additional information and within minutes of me sending the information my inquiry was answered and problem was completely resolved. I couldn’t ask for a better or smoother experience!

I’ve been having some trouble with the keypad on my safe. I called into the customer service line and worked with them for about 30-45 min and got no positive results (that was 2-3 months ago). Decided to give them a call today and was put in the queue for a call back. I began to run out of the free time I had so I decided to to live chat. All I can say was that it was quick, easy, and my problem was solved. All within a matter of 10 min.

Toni was helpful in giving me information to get replacement keys for my safe.

I bought a 48 gun Cannon at Tractor Supply 8 years ago or so. It worked fine until recently when the electronic keypad began to beep uncontrollably. I got online and used the troubleshooting method from you tube and managed to get in. A new battery didn't fix the problem so I had to buy a new keypad since the old one was out of warranty.No real issues there except that is very difficult to get anyone to respond. I began to wonder if I would ever hear from Cannon. This problem took in excess of 3 weeks to fix and in my opinion should have taken 3 days. I must say that the locking system appears to be very poorly built and I am not surprised that there are so many complaints against it. Probably no more Cannons for me.

My experience started strong but then was not receiving response to my e mails and opened other tickets to try to get response. I eventually found where I could reach a live person with chat. After this things went good. Three stars for strong finish but could have been five with better communication.
