Asking the same question in different wording/scenarios is a great way to ensure a genuine response. While I hope I was consistent, I still appreciate keeping me on my toes!

This was a fun exercise. I appreciated the feedback on three catergories, top strength, top development priority, and top motivation with suggestions on how best to use them.
Steady Yet Flexible!
I'm in a different phase in life. This assessment was great at helping me to recognize where I'm solid in personality, character, and emotions traits and then where I've changed and grown. All, I believe are relative to life experiences.

Very Good- Sooo Interesting
This was my first time taking a cangrade assessment and I really enjoyed it.
Test results variance
For instance, the assessment says 'I crave structure'! No, I do not. I respect that proper structure re-enforces both good & bad habits. I do not mind of conceiving of that structure as opposed to having it done for me! Because ultimately within any task, project or job, I can only control my own attitude and my own effort.
