Very helpful recommendations

very interesting questions and made me think about a lot of situations I've been in.

I have worked in the medical field for ages couple of years as a home health aide and now as a CNA I have worked in people’s homes and now I work part time in St.Francis Hospital.

Giving ideas of how to engage the potential job. getting one to think about potential assignments and how to carry out assignments. and realizing one's strengths and weakness.

The assessment was straightforward and easy to complete

It was a simple and clean format/lay-out, but seemed a little long. Quite a few repetitive/ re-worded questions?

I appreciate that most of the questions asked are about personal journey. I truly believe you can know someone better by taking the time to know them and their beliefs.

While I carefully selected items within the timeline, at the end of the exam some topics were not selected, perhaps due to technical problems and I was unable to correct it.

I believe personality profiles are effective. It always impresses me with what they show.

It made me much more aware of myself and on the things I'm good at and on what I still need to work on.

The assessment test was helpful.
