I ordered wings, a top and arm sleeves that I actually wore under my boots as “long socks”. The look came together perfectly! The wings were my favorite part, so much fun and so light! I received so many compliments on the whole fit. Great quality and awesome customer service as well!

LOve Candy Catz! I am a flow art performer and have been wearing and collecting Candy Catz outfits for 5 years now. I especially love the body suits. Perfect for cooler festival nights and flowing with my Pixel whips.

My first body suit from them purchased 5 years ago is still in perfect conditon. I get so many compliments and requests on wear to buy them.

Ordered a couple of items from Candy Catz and noted a 9 day shipping time.
After this time had lapsed I reached out to the team who informed me there was a production issue and sent there apologies, when I let them know that I was due to fly in the next couple of days they managed to express ship out the product the next day so great problem resolution and customer service.

The products/outfits arrived and I am in love, the materials are fantastic, ultra vibrant colours matching the website.
As the website recommended I sized up and everything fits like a glove!

I had an overall great experience! I appreciate the vibrant colors and unique patterns on their sets, as well as the quality of the material was durable and breathable!

10/10 would love more from them!

Wir haben über die BOGO100 Aktion bestellt. Bereits da gab es die erste Komplikation und man hat anstatt zwei der Kostüme,nur eins in die Bestellbestätigung gegeben, obwohl wir doe Abwicklung korrekt getätigt haben samt Aktioncode.

Man gab uns zu Verstehen , das wir es nicht getan hätten.

Am nächsten Tag war diese BOGO Aktion nicht mehr verfügbar. Komisch.
Wir wollten die Bestellung stornieren und man sagte uns das dies nicht möglich wäre, da die Produktion bereits begonnen hat!

Nach 11 Tagen immer noch keine Bestätigung für den Versand. Als ich wieder von meiner her nachfragte wo die Bestellung sei , da 9 Tage bereits für die Lieferung um seien, heißt es " OH SORRY, ich habe gesehen das die Produktion noch nicht begonnen hat"

Leute , Finger weg. Einfach unseriös und Abzocke.

Ich habe nun über meine Bank eine Rückzahlung veranlasst, da diese Firma nicht dazu fähig ist Kundenorientiert zu arbeiten ,geschweige denn von ihrer Seite Probleme in der Produktion mitzuteilen.

also put a information card in it , with case number, and order number because they dient had a return from… now they stoor

they are a big scam and not helpfull in anyway! i have send them mails after one week of sending my package back but they say i need to contact them first before sending… this is not normal , im gonna make a case of it by my creditcard company!

Ordered two outfits. The jumpsuit I received is great. The other outfit I ordered was sewn very poorly, I contacted customer service in hopes I could exchange it for one without defect. They weren't interested in helping and tried to blame the fact that my size being a large was why it was sewn that way. I'll never order from them again! Very disappointed. These outfits are too expensive to come messed up.

Do not order from this company! I placed an order on June 24 and I still don’t have the item. It sat somewhere before USPS would even get it for over a week. I’ve contacted customer service five times and all they keep sending me is my tracking number which says it’s just sitting somewhere. I have stressed to them that I needed this outfit by a specific time. It’s been well over the timeframe that they’ve advertise that it takes to ships orders. From California to Texas it shouldn’t take three weeks. My item was over $200 and now I have to return it and they’re probably gonna screw me on that too!!!!

Company is appalling!
Paid over £150 for my order, still yet to be shipped and should have arrived by now.
Communication is very poor, I'm now being ignored.
They have deleted/blocked me Facebook and Instagram and will not respond to my emails!
I don't get a response so can't request a refund, so had to report it through PayPal!

Product came and fits perfectly. I love it!

I wasn't sure if I liked the half rainbow half black and white geometric leggings when I first tried them on, but I fell in love shortly after. I got lots of compliments. They felt nice. They're breathable. Even though they're mesh, I didn't feel naked and material felt quality. I'm pretty thick on my bottom half and they did feel tighter than other pants/leggings I get in XL, but it was not a huge issue for me. Great communication by seller and quality, unique product.

I love the color of my outfit. It looks like on the pictures. I ordered a small, which is maybe a little bit to small but OK with the size. I fell in love with it

BEWARE THE COMPANY IS A SCAM!
The clothes look beautiful online and once you place an order, you are met with an email that states it is being shipped from Bulgaria. The clothing itself is stitched well, but the material is too thick and heavy, and there sizes are misleading. I picked large (because I’m between medium and large) and the large was very tight and hot. I would definitely pass out from heat exhaustion if I wore this outside. When I attempted to send back items via FedEx and post office, I was met with a quote of over $280, my order total was approx $350. The post service rep felt bad for me, all I could do was laugh because I made a poor decision and let this company take advantage of me before reading reviews. So I decided to keep the items, as it made no sense to return to Europe.
Very poor return policy, I don’t recommend ordering from here. They will never get my money again.

Placed an order on may 27th with express delivery extra charge option on June 9th still did not receive the order. Contacted store twice. They simply cancelled my order. Not sure what kind of scam is it.

I contacted CandyCatz customer support before placing my order, specifically to ask whether I should choose size M or L. I had already read several customer reviews stating that the items run oversized, so I raised this concern directly. Despite that, I was advised to size up.

Unsurprisingly, the item I received turned out to be exactly as other customers described—very oversized. This confirms that the sizing advice I was given was not only inaccurate, but directly contradicted the experience of many other buyers. Had I followed the reviews instead of trusting the brand’s support team, I would have ordered the correct size.

I requested to return the item, but was told I would have to cover international return shipping myself—even though I was misled by their guidance. To make matters worse, the tone and rigidity of the customer service response made it clear that they take no responsibility for the mistake.

I am extremely dissatisfied with CandyCatz’s customer support and return policy. When a brand gives incorrect advice and then refuses to offer fair resolution, it shows a lack of accountability and care for the customer. I won’t be shopping here again and cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I wouldn't buy from this company again. I needed to return the items because they did not fit and they didn't look like the outfits in the photos. Plus I didn't realize how thick the fabric was and I'll be going to Tomorrowland in the summer which will be hot. So the outfits wouldn't work. Need an outfit made of mesh. The company is taking awhile to get back. They say they accept returns within 30 days. They did respond one time with offering discount code on next purchase. They didn't provide a return address, and I'm still waiting on that because they don't have it posted on their site. The return process is not good.

I ordered my outfit over a month in advance for my very first EDC Vegas and was beyond excited. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of only ordering from this shop. When I reached out about the status, instead of offering to expedite the order or provide any real support, I was simply told it wouldn’t arrive on time. I explained how much this meant to me, but it felt like there was no genuine effort to help or make it right. I’m incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to do everything possible to get me my outfit.

SCAM. Do not order from this store. My order did not arrive after 23 days and 6 emails (always get the same useless AI reply). We need to file lawsuits against scammer sites like this.
