Estou a receber atraves da Candex ha um ano No inicio os pagamentos eram mais rapidos 30 dias , mas os ultimos três pagamentos foram todos a 45 dias, se houver feriados passa dos 45 até 47/48 dias

Candex is hands down the most frustrating and incompetent payment system I have ever used.
My experience is that Candex rejected the document multiple times. Their support seem to have zero understanding of basic tax regulations. Despite explaining the situation, they kept sending automated rejections, completely ignoring the fact that what they are asking for is legally impossible to produce.
If you value your time, your sanity, and your money - avoid Candex at all costs. They are a bottleneck to any real business activity.

My experience with Candex has unfortunately been very negative. The platform claims to simplify payments to suppliers without complex vendor onboarding. In practice, however, it often creates the opposite situation.
For a simple invoice, I uploaded the invoice and the QR payment slip with all required bank details. Despite this, additional documents were requested, including a bank statement, even though all necessary payment information was already clearly provided.
The most frustrating part: the invoice is still not paid, even though the payment due date has already passed. Instead of processing the payment, the platform keeps creating additional verification requests and administrative hurdles.
For freelancers, small businesses, or one-time suppliers, this process can cause significant delays and unnecessary bureaucracy.
⚠️ My advice to other suppliers:
If possible, avoid payments through Candex and request direct payment from the client instead.
Based on my experience, the platform creates more administrative work and delays than actual benefit.

Unnecessary payment delays - client has transferred money to candex, payment is authorised but not been sent to me. Smacks of deliberate delay in order to juice their business model. very poor customer service, easily the worst freelance platform i’ve had the misfortune to encounter

Hands down the worst company I have worked with when it came to receiving payment.
At first everything seemed good and I provided them with my account information so that Stanford University could pay me. Then they informed me that the payment was returned to them and that I need to send them a void cheque, bank statement, or confirmation of account letter. So I sent them a void cheque and apparently they were unable to verify it and my only option is now to send them a confirmation of account letter. And that is my only option — literally. I tried sending them the information my bank sent me when I asked for a confirmation of account letter and it was rejected out of hand, just like the void cheque. They will not even tell me what they need in this letter, so that it is not rejected.
I guess it is good that what should be a simply payment is being moved into the next tax year, but I have no doubt that I won’t be paid by Stanford University via Candex until for another month or two.

Bad company to deal with - poor customer service.
Their standard reply to all reviews - We manage thousands of engagements and transactions every day across the globe, and we consistently pay valid invoices according to the applicable terms, which generally means within 3 business days of when Candex receives funds from the ultimate client and recipeint of the goods or services. This process is closely monitored to help ensure it runs smoothly.

This is a bad translated site which makes it more difficult to get paid. They change payment terms without discussing. I have a lot of time spend on making an account and fill in all required information. And making a new invoice. Normally your money arrives at least 3 days later then it should. In my case they made a an exemption to meet my requirements.

Absolute shite! Don’t recommend this “service” at all. If a buyer asks you to send an invoice through candex either charge them a huge admin fee or refuse the customer. Not worth your time!

I was forced by one of my clients to use Candex. That alone should have been a warning sign. But somehow, Candex managed to fall even below my already low expectations.
The payment terms were unilaterally changed to my disadvantage — without any discussion, of course. Apparently, transparency isn’t part of the business model. And the newly “adjusted” deadlines? Naturally, those weren’t met either. Every single payment arrived late. It almost seems like payment delays are an official feature at Candex.
Candex likes to present itself as a modern payment platform but operates more like an overstrained debtor from the 1990s. If you enjoy waiting for your money, being surprised by new terms, and testing your patience, this is the service for you.
As for me, I’ve learned my lesson: I’ll decline any future project involving Candex. A company that can’t even manage the basic principle of “pay on the agreed date” has no place in professional business.

Their lack of responsiveness and slow payment processing has caused serious disruptions to our business. Hope nothing goes wrong
When it works, Candex' offering is indeed a bit smoother than some messy procurement offices. And Candex' support is somewhat responsive if there are any easy-to-fix issues. But when anything is more tricky, their support lags in getting resolutions.
I have had about 75% of my emails responded to; the 25% that go unanswered matters.
And if they don't pay your invoices, there's no recourse. They get to earn interest on the money the Buyer (the big company) has paid them for your unpaid invoice, while all you can do is send another email and hope.

We are a small company forced to use Candex by one (thank God it's only one) of our many global pharma clients. The platform is unreliable. We get emails telling us to 'accept an order' with links that take us to our Candex page showing... no new order. The client tells us 'we've raised a PO through Candex' and... there is no new order on there. You can't upload an invoice unless the amounts match up to the amount on a client's order request - and they rarely do on the first attempt because the client doesn't realise Candex will take their slice of the fee off the top. Back and forth we go, all the while Candex Customer Service will sleep soundly through the email cries for help. Everyone forced to use this horrible system yearns for the simplicity of procurement. The legal paperwork, Master Services Agreements, solicitors' fees - all of that is preferable to having to use Candex. "Isn't it simpler for the service provider just to invoice the client?" you might ask. Yes! Yes it is! Candex is the perfect example of fintech 'fixing' a problem where none existed. Avoid if you value your sanity

DO NOT USE!
My company has blacklisted Candex for all purchases for all future.
This company does not pay and their only respons is that they have not recieved payment from the company that ordered goods through Candex.
As it was Candex we recieved PO from, not another company, its Candex responsibility to pay!
Debt collection has been set, and we would go far as I HATE purchasing companies trying to screw over other companies.
Stay clear, this company is unprofessional and unserious

1) Note that they charge the seller a fee. Be sure to understand that and price accordingly. We got burned by that on our first go-around, adjusted for our second experience (just wrapped up)
2) They don't actually know anything. The ship to address on the PO was "xxx Corporate Headquarters, City/State/Zip". I asked for an actual ship to address. 1 day later, get an email missing a referenced attachment. I reply immediately. 1 day later, I get an email with a copy of a PO cover page that has that same vague/wrong address. At that point, I realized that Candex would not be of any assistance and went to the customer directly.
3) On our first experience with Candex, it took months to get paid. Some of it could have been buyer error on the customer's side, but it was lots of back and forth, and I suspect that the placement of the second order played a role in getting the cause of the payment delay solved.
I'll give them benefit of the doubt and go 2 stars rather than 1. Maybe the issues we experienced were all customer error between them and Candex. In the end, that doesn't matter. It's not an issue we have with our customers who do not use Candex (or other 3rd party). Did we eventually get paid? Yes. Was it less than we should have gotten paid because the Candex fees? Yes. Jack up your prices to account for the Candex fees and the inevitable additional time to deal with additional complexity.

I was paid through this company via PVH. The payment request sat for the required 21 days, and beyond the following 3 business days it took to process. I requested that the payment be made immediately, having changed the routing number as I figured my information must have been incorrect for the payment to have been sitting for so long. Turns out PVH had been sent them my payment, and for some strange reason, they had just been keeping it. Finally they sent documents stating that my payment had been made, and they sent the payment through some third party banking system called Convera? I never received my large payment and PVH could do nothing about it, nor was Candex responsive following this issue. My bank had no sign of the funds and I just totally feel like I have been scammed!!!!

Complex system for suppliers that is far from user-friendly. Lot's of details to enter. Client changed the payment terms from their end after the job took place. Candex keeps forwarding clients payments conditions and keeps ignoring our written agreement with the client from before the job which stated a shorter payment term, with an extension only possible at a fee. No human aspect from the 'support' agent. How do these people sleep at night?

L’Oreal fell short in service and offered me a refund repeatedly stating they were refunding me via this platform. I was supposed to receive an email to accept the money via. I have not had any such email and not only have I no refund but L’Oreal say it’s their only way yo refund me and this company don’t seem to be acting on the directions sent by them, therefore I suffer
