Take your time for handing over RV‘s
Very friendly personnel, Helbing us while our unit‘s Electric was broken by Provisionen us with an exchange unit (on a Sunday evening at Banff).
Interesting to know what has been the root course for this failure?
But: Handing over of the RV in calgary happened under time pressure, because Louis wanted to finish his daily work. RV not fully charged, a lot of damages on the windshield, beside online instruction it was a poor explanation at Site (time pressure by Louis).

Picked up RV
Picked up RV, after one day black waste was pouring out of compartment. Complained, got little assistance lost one and a half days holiday and at the end of the holiday got 800 dollars compensation which hardly covered the phone bill on the premium rate tariff. Second time I have used Canadream and most definitely the last.

We cannot say enough positive about our recent first time experience with Canadream! We rented the maxi travel camper for 7 days to travel to Jasper and the Banff area. The truck was super comfortable and easy to drive and offered plenty of "bells & whistles", it was also very fuel efficient. The camper part of the vehicle was equally as comfortable it had enough room for my adult son and I with plenty of storage. It was very easy to operate, the fridge/freezer was the perfect size for a weeks worth of "provisions". The linens were high quality and super cozy, the kitchen kit was stocked better than my kitchen at home! Pick up/drop off couldn't have gone any smoother, staff are lovely and super knowledgeable, special shout out to Shelly who went above and beyond! We will most definitely book with Canadream in the future and have already started planning our next road trip. Thank you for making our experience even better!

Great service. Harrison the sales agent is excellent to deal with. A really nice helpful guy and he responded very quickly. The RV was perfect, modern, clean and had all utensils included.
Nothing negative to say about CanaDream. I would definitely use them again!

Mostly good, but also bad experiences
Our RV was very practical inside. Much space for clothes, kitchen utilities and food. Also the sideout for the sleeping area was comfortable.
We were afraid, that the heating system didn‘t work for the first night by 4 degrees and heavy rain. We bekame ill and had to drive back to the station (70 km). A hose in the heating system was clogged!

Great experience
Everybody was very friendly and helpful - no matter if going through the contract or explaining how the RV works. When we had questions and called, we were helped immediately. The RV was in a very good condition everything worked fine. We would definitely choose CanaDream again!

Fantastic experience, vehicle in great shape
A big thank you to the CanaDream team. From start to finish it was a great experience. Friendly welcome on picking up the vehicle (it was virtually brand new, 5.000km on the clock), no problems during the rental period and a swift return process with no issues. We mentioned we broke a cup and lost a cap on the car and they just said ‚these things happen‘ and did not charge a penny.
I would recommend them to anyone.
