CanaDream RV - Calgary Anmeldelser

Unfortunately during our trip someone stole the catalytic converter from our van whilst we were having a lovely day out at a popular tourist attraction. We have 3 young kids and the noise when we started the engine upset them a great deal, as did the whole situation of having something stolen. Canadream were not very helpful and we felt like they treated us like the thieves. They actually said due to it being theft when we were renting they wouldn’t even replace the van, luckily it was towards the end of our trip. It ruined what should have been a lovely trip to see the Rockies. I would not recommend Canadream to anyone. I am sure they have policies and insurance to claim themselves and not fork out any money but they are charging us a great deal for something we did not even do. We did not crash, we did not cause damage to the vehicle, we had a part stolen!!!

Very well organized pickup and return. Clean RV! Nice to have a new cutting board. Fitted our travel to Jasper perfectly.

The heat in the rv didn’t work most of the time, and the fridge door fell off and on to the floor one night

RV preparation and operation.
Booking process.
Helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

Mooie campers.

Feedback

Great service from Canadream. The measure of a good company for me is what happens when things go wrong. Our first RV developed a fault but they were able to quickly get a replacement to us to allow the holiday to continue.
Top service for me.

Punctual collection and handover. Pleasant and polite staff who were very helpful. A very positive experience.

We had an excellent experience renting an RV from CanaDream for our cross-Canada road trip! The vehicle was NEW, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to drive. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything went smoothly, from pickup in Montreal to return in Calgary, making our trip stress-free and truly memorable. We would gladly rent from CanaDream again and highly recommend them!

Très agréable semaine nous avons passé
Service impeccable
Merci beaucoup!

Overall, it was a good experience, but when explaining the insurance coverage related to liabilities, the salesperson didn’t provide a precise explanation (and in some cases, even misleading information). This lack of clarity led us to purchase a mediocre option, which ultimately cost our company friend $1,000, a cost that could have been easily avoided and made this experience much better

Well organized and reliable equipment , only small thing is coffee pot didn’t watch with coffee machine

Le véhicule était en bonne condition

there was a long wait for pickup, despite us being timely to meet your specified time requirements

Great RV, friendly staff

Really friendly welcome and introduction to the RV, and the vehicle met all expectations.

Super Service , quick, perfect camper, very flexible, helpful stuff. The return was very quick, we would do it again.

From the very beginning of the process to when we dropped off the RV, everything was easy, intuitive and everyone we interacted with super helpful, polite and courteous.
