Fantastic experience, vehicle in great shape
A big thank you to the CanaDream team. From start to finish it was a great experience. Friendly welcome on picking up the vehicle (it was virtually brand new, 5.000km on the clock), no problems during the rental period and a swift return process with no issues. We mentioned we broke a cup and lost a cap on the car and they just said ‚these things happen‘ and did not charge a penny.
I would recommend them to anyone.

We went for a truck camper this time
We went for a truck camper this time. Overall it was good but we felt the camper wasn’t in the best condition when we received it. The mirror / fridge door was smashed and just taped over. The out side wasn’t clean. The truck itself was fairly new and very good to drive.

No acostumbro a valorar empresas, pero voy a hacer una excepción con CanaDream. Alquilamos una RV en Calgary y quiero agradecerles que todo fue perfecto. El personal de CanaDream en Calgary es un 10 y la RV estaba como nueva y muy bien equipada. Durante el viaje tuvimos una alerta por un problema con el motor, llamamos a CanaDream y en 30 minutos nos lo arreglaron. Mil gracias!

Pick-up and drop off were really easy and staff was very helpful.
RV Camper was in excellent shape, although a small garbage bin would have been useful;)

Overall
Overall, we had a GREAT holiday seeing many places using an RV and therefore having comfortable beds for the nights at the campgrounds. I can recommend it to everybody. If you are 3 people or less, get an Ford F-350 as it is smaller and you can park it on the normal parking spaces. The RV we had was 28 inches long, which means you need extra parking space. In most places, this was no issues at all, but at the busy locations, you need to be early.
