I was feeling nervous because the cellphone connection was awful and I had to ask him to repeat a lot of times, but he was patient and understood, making me less nervous

Update on my last 1 star review
After my last review I left, they replied and said they will be in contact. Nothing so far, so I emailed the company and had no reply. I called and spoke with an agent who told me they have put my application on hold. Something I had no idea about and would have never known about until I finally got an answer. They said they will raise it to the right department and get them to call me back. However in my experience, I know I’ll be waiting weeks for a call that will never come. Luckily I have my emails as proof and I record my own calls. So now I will raise this to their regulators and submit all the evidence. They have taken my money, ignored me and also lied to me about what visa I am applying for. Canadian visa had multiple chances to make this right, but chose to ignore me.
