Shocking support, I haven’t been able to log in all day or get any help accessing my account so haven’t been able to launch a campaign potentially costing my business thousands in lost revenue. Trying to log in on different devices causes more errors with waiting with codes to arrive which never do and the best bit…. They say to get support log in to your account 😡😡😡

I've been using Campaign Monitor for almost a decade. They've yet to let me down!

Been a regular user of this tool for over 12 years now, and have to say that recently their customer service, never as brilliant as claimed in the reviews on this site, has evaporated completely and it feels like that has happened since their latest takeover. New owners reducing service level?

There is no way to talk to them unless you are a "premium" user at over £139 per month, no response to e-mails, tweets and no support phone number available at all.

Why am I trying to talk to them? because their mobile app has disappeared and it was useful.
Very useful. My question is only where has it gone, and if it has been withdrawn, when will there be a replacement?

I think it might be time to change service provider.

Sent out an email campaign late Friday afternoon, with one link that didn't work. CampaignMonitor were able to quickly change the link destination so that those that opened the email going forward would be sent to the right place. Saved me from having to send a dreaded 'Sorry that email contained a broken link' follow-up!

In all my interactions with Campaign Monitor support, I've had my questions answered clearly and quickly. They also have a series of training videos and a large number of support articles, so there have been times when I found answers without contacting support.

As a graphic designer I use and recommand Campaign Monitor for my clients. I am glad to design beautiful templates and they are glad to use them for easiliy publish their emails campaigns.

We've been loyal Campaign Monitor users for well over 10 years (!!), and in that time, we've always found it to be incredibly easy to manage our clients as sending organisations under ours.

The other 'killer feature' is the email builder. It's gone through a number of changes over the years. Still, fundamentally it has always remained effortless and intuitive to use, making custom-designed and responsive emails simple to put together.

We've tried a bunch of other platforms over the years as clients have come to us with their existing tools, and I can safely say there's no other email platform that comes close to the UX. 👏
