Amazing customer service

I had a twelve-monthly eye test recently, and as my prescription needed updating, decided on some new lovely frames. They have been collected, and I am enjoying wearing them, much easier to watch TV and read, now that my vision is improved

Great experience - popped in here for a free eye test, which was already a big saving compared to other opticians!

The building is modern & clean, and the staff were able to take the time to answer all the questions I had

After looking around several opticians my teenage daughter finally found a pair of lovely trendy glasses here for a good price. The customer service was excellent. The glasses arrived on time despite my daughter having a complex prescription. We are really pleased and will be back.

The frames are excellent quality with a stylish twist. They look so expensive and I thought they would be over my budget. What a pleasant surprise! The service was exceptionally good and turnaround time was great. I would highly recommend this optician as a fresh addition to Cheltenham. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and it’s run like a family business.
