Cambridge Book Publishing, and in particular Mary Grace, made the experience of getting my first book to print so easy. Mary Grace and the team have great advice, were transparent throughout and responding quickly and helpfully to feedback. I’m now in the process of publishing my second book and look forward to a lasting partnership.

And working with Cambridge on my first book which will hopefully be released soon,Mary Grace has been a delight to work with. She is very compassionate about her work, she listened to my needs and gave great advice and feedback all the while being caring and understanding. Everyone else I have dealt with at Cambridge have been very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. I have enjoyed them being a part of my journey.

I made the enquiry about publishing my book in April 2026. Omar, who was brilliant, contacted me very quickly, explained a few things & said Mary Grace would contact me. Mary Grace is patient, kind, reassuring, understanding, professional, so enthusiastic & gets rid of any doubts you may have about your book. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with her❤️

Mary Grace was very patient with me and talked me through each section explaining every detail which to an 81 year old computer illiterate was of immense help. When this book is a best seller it will be all down to her and kindness.

I am in the process of getting my children’s book published. I worked with Omar at the start of the process, who was very helpful in explaining everything and gave such thoughtful and detailed feedback about my manuscript. He was patient and allowed me to have many calls and ask lots of questions before making my decision.

However, it is Mary who has taken my book through the process. She has been so kind in every interaction, and her communication has been incredible. I’m so grateful to have such a lovely and knowledgeable person taking me through the process. Mary has always kept me updated and worked closely with the team at every stage.

The illustrations have been completed to a high standard, and all feedback and amendments have been carried out quickly. The team at Cambridge Book Publishing have all been professional, knowledgeable and supportive.

Although I haven’t finished the project yet, and I’m yet to see the marketing side, I am so happy I decided to publish with them and can’t wait to see my book being published.

I am very grateful to Cambridge Publishing for their support, in particular to Omar and Mack who have always been very positive about my children’s book and been in weekly contact with me with the progress of the illustrations and making any changes I required. The team has given me advice and encouraged me all the way so far. I am excited to see my project develop further and see what lies ahead.

Coming to the end of the process now with my two books; has been hard work, but Cambridge Book Publishing this far in have been very good every step of the way.

I just simply wrote my first book for fundraising with my passion in music and cooking. I had no idea about the publishing industry indeed. I’m glad I found Omar, Mack and the creative team. Besides the book, I can’t believe that I’m going to have my own website (a beautiful place beyond my imagination) as my digital office, a platform for sharing my stories and studies, a blog to share my cooking for beloved ones, and a potential e-shop that I hope will be born soon.
I treat my book like my second child, and Cambridge Book Publishing is a partner, a coach and a friend in this adventure. I wish I can share some more words of gratitude for them when my book is born.

Avoid if you value your work.

Don't even deserve one star! Such a dishonest company. Promise to call you back and never do. Charge an absurd price for the bare minimum, but dress it up in their invoice to sound as though they are actually doing a lot more! Kept hounding me for money before the project was finished. Added an additional £100 for content so poor I couldn't use it! Wouldnt listen to what I wanted and kept making mistakes after mistakes. No kindle version publishing which was part of the agreement. Published in america rather than uk. Tried tricking me to pay for their higher package by suggesting it was a discounted promotion. When i asked if the £260 i already paid would be deducted as well, they said no, Basically wanting me to pay the "discount" offer of £800 for their global package (which is literally just a box to tick) which would come to the normal price with what I had already paid. Basically spent £620 for them to upload it onto amazon, tick a couple of boxes, make the pages look pretty and that's all! Any work they did do I consider only £20 worth!
Currently going through legal means to get a refund and will chase it all the way to the Ombudsman!

​The company’s reply below is misleading and deflects from the actual issues. I want to clarify the facts for prospective authors:

1. No discounts or lower rates were provided. When I raised formal complaints regarding substandard work and missing deliverables, I was met with an outright refusal of a refund.

2. Visuals and communication: WhatsApp was the communication method they requested. At no stage during the process did they raise quality warnings about the files provided; instead, they praised the artwork until issues arose after delivery. My request was simple page-fitting, which was poorly handled.

3. Conditional support and review suppression: The company’s offer to "resolve" the issue was explicitly made conditional upon me deleting this Trustpilot review first. After multiple missed deadlines, unfulfilled promises (including the missing Kindle UK release), and constant upselling, I have completely lost confidence in their service and will not remove honest feedback under pressure.

4. Current listing does not equal satisfaction: The book is available solely because it is my intellectual property, and I had hard publication deadlines to keep. It remains live temporarily while I personally spend time and money fixing their mistakes for a proper re-release. Leaving it live to recoup steep out-of-pocket costs does not constitute endorsement.

​I have retained all written correspondence documenting the agreed deliverables, the missed commitments, and the conditional offer to help only if this review was taken down.

Being a client of Cambridge Book Publishers I find it to be a very satisfying membership in terms of the guidance and support I received. Because the company is very pro educational and with the ethos of providing such vital service both on the local and global levels.

As a retired novice in book publishing I contacted Cambridge Book Publishing with a view to getting my book published. They assured me they would support me and include me in every part of the process in getting my book published. They were true to their word and I had the final word on every stage. The result: my book was published on Amazon on the 22nd June. My thanks go to Omar and Mack for their advice and professionalism throughout. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their book published.

Excellent service across all departments. I requested several revised versions of my book to be uploaded, and each time the process was handled smoothly, efficiently, and without any issues. I am very pleased with the support I received and would highly recommend their services.

I was wary when I signed up with Cambridge Book Publishing, and wondered just what I would get for my upfront fee.
I have to say, so far I can't fault the service I have received. Omar has been very helpful and responsive from our first encounter and my book is now at the promotion stage.
The publishing world is a minefield. It is nigh on impossible to have a book accepted by a traditional publisher. I have written a couple of follow up manuscripts and would be happy to use Cambridge again.

As a first‑time author, the journey to publishing my debut book Unmasking Deceit: True Tales of Online Scam and How to Avoid Becoming the Next Victim (published 6 March 2026 on Amazon, Waterstones, and other platforms) was both exciting and daunting. I am grateful I didn’t give up in the early stages, because the results speak for themselves.

The Cambridge book publishing, I worked with was so professional, and we had very good communication, Maria who was working on my book couldn’t be any more helpful, as I have never had any experience in publishing, Maria helped me entire way. When I first contacted Cambridge Book Publishing they were extremely approachable and professional. As it was my first book called ("Where's Daisy?") I was slightly apprehensive as to whether it was worth publishing it or not. Very quickly Omar read the manuscript and came back to me the same afternoon saying he thought it was worth publishing. I was delighted and wanted to explore my options so we had a conversation and very quickly I was completing the necessary paperwork to get started.

I discussed getting the book out before Christmas knowing this was a tight schedule as I know I am not the only client wanting published before Christmas. Therefore, we got to work with images and manuscript and communicated very efficiently by email and a skype call or two. Soon the book was coming together and I was delighted with the illustrations and how the characters matched what I had in my head as well as providing myself.

What a joyful, efficient and professional experience. The entire team worked endlessly fine tuning "Where's Daisy?" until it was finally ready to go out on the platforms. "Where's Daisy?" is now out there and I am delighted with the results. Omar was amazing and when he went off on leave then Sam stepped in seamlessly, also very efficient to finish the project with the team.

I cannot express how delighted I am that the book is actually now a product from an idea and I would highly recommend Cambridge Book Publishing to anyone, beginning author's or experienced author's. Nice to work with very pleasant professional people to make a vision come true. All at a very reasonable price too.
