Customer service was great but I was caught off guard by the auto subscription. As for the product it unfortunately did not help me at all, it seemed to exacerbate the problem if anything.

Calvris debited my account without notice. beware of this scam as a member they charge you over and over again. It looks like you are just buying a one off product but you are not.
When I notified them that I didn’t want a membership and I didn’t want another 6 tubs of it and not to send it they did anyway. I will have to notify my bank to cancel my card.

TOOK MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO ACTUALLY GET MY ORDER, CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT TELLING ME MY SHIPPMENT WAS ALREADY SENT OUT MULTIPLE TIMES WHICH WASN'T THE CASE, MY ORDER HADN'T EVEN LEFT THE PROCESSING CENTER YET, NO TRACKING WAS AVAILABLE YET EITHER. THEN ONCE IT FINALLY GOT HERE, THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZE PRODUCTS, I ORDERED THE 500ml BOTTLE OF SHAMPOO, BUT THEY SENT THE 100ml BOTTLE. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE PICS OF WHAT I ACTUALLY RECEIVED SO THEY COULD VERIFY AND INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK TO ME, IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND STILL WAITING ON A RESPONSE. I FIGURE IT SINCE IT TOOK 3 + WEEKS TO GET MY ORDER, SO I FIGURE COMPLIANT RESOLUTION WILL PROBABLY TAKE TWICE AS LONG? WORST CASE SCENARIO I DISPUTE AND REVERSE THE WHOLE TRANSACTION AMOUNT!!!

Many emails sent to ‘ Stacey’ for refund with the email from the delivery company and I continue to get the same reply that they are looking into it

Ok. So I ordered the 2 for 1 with the full strength and the original, my order was processed pretty quick but the shipping and transportation time took forever. Then when I finally received a email saying that the product has been delivered I went check outside on the porch and the mail box and everywhere around the yard. No product. So they delivered it to the wrong address. It's been going on three months now and I still haven't gotten my refund or a replacement order for the one they screwed up.

I’ve tried everything to relieve the redness on my scalp and face and was ready to give up. I found your product and decided just one more try. I’ve used it for almost 2 months now and my face is almost entirely healed up. No more redness and considerably less flakiness! Wonderful awesome product!

what a bad CS. As you make 1st order, they automatically signed you up to renew. You don't know anything till it hits your CC and when you contact them they say, you subscribed. I never subscribe on the 1st order and especially if I never used the product and seeing results. I rather pay extra then subscribe on any sites. Bad Bad Bad company. I will also report them at BBB as a ripoff, blindside you on subscription, without consent. I am very careful when I order on the sites that is my first time ordering. In their book this auto-subscription is consider as "overlooked by us costumers" . So silly and stupid.

I like the face cream and how it works on my face. My face stays moist for a few hours but I do need to apply a 2nd dose.
